Holiday rentals with beach access in Alvin

Very great place to stay! My husband and I stayed there for our anniversary and we loved how cozy it was. Hosts were great with communication and were very friendly. Overall great experience

Upon arriving Ken was super responsive and allowed us to check in early which was super nice as we were arriving a couple hours early. He even offered to stock the fridge for us and offered to share his expertise on restaurants or any amenities. When we got there the entire place was super cozy and had everything you could need. During the trip we were offered to extend our stay and I would have loved to but unfortunately I had to travel. Overall an amazing experience. Would love to come stay again.

Cute little condo. The complex could use a little TLC; but the condo was super clean. It’s a little on the small side; with four adults it was a bit tight. Two pools and two hot tubs on premise. Beds were comfortable and the AC was super cold! I appreciated the keypad; instead of having to fumble for a key! There were beach towels and toys for our use as well. Literally across the street from the beach; and next to Wal Mart. We were able to book two nights with her for about half the price of a hotel. Definitely worth checking out!

Lovely spot to relax and spend a weekend getaway. Would definitely love to visit again! Well appointed space with great kitchen for nights when you want to cook and relax. Lovely breezes from the water and view of the Gulf!

Perfect coastal getaway! Ocean view from our bed and front deck, spotlessly clean, and completely walkable to the beach and multiple restaurants. Nice bonus that a place so close to all the activity was also so quiet. The shower is gigantic and so was the TV! We felt comfortable and relaxed the minute we walked in the door! Michael was the perfect host. Great suggestions for local restaurants and quick to answer questions. Very relaxing space. We would go back again in a heartbeat!!!

My son and his friends were having their prom at Moody Gardens. This house had everything 4 teenage boys could enjoy. From ping pong, billiards, and the swimming pool- they were entertained! It was a close drive to the beach as well, where they tried surf fishing. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We had an enjoyable time here!

The Train Depot was a great experience. Our host Tanner was very helpful and prompt when needed. Instructions were short and easy to understand. The property was very clean upon checkin. It’s far enough out that it’s peaceful and private and still only 15 minutes from the Kemah Boardwalk and only 45 minutes away from Galveston. At the risk of loosing availability to this property in the future, I would recommend staying here. I know that I will be if any of my future adventures bring me back to the area.

My family and I had a great experience from beginning to end. We loved how spacious and clean the home was. Sleep is important to us and the beds in the home were so comfortable; even the kids bed felt great. Joseph is a great host and we appreciated that the home was fully stocked with everyday items. We also enjoyed the community pool and restaurant at the marina.

This is the second time I stayed here. It was just as welcoming as the first. I will definitely make this my go-to spot in Houston!

Isle of Tortuga was a beautiful spot for the short week, all of the furnishings were sparkly clean and super fun for an island theme. The condo has a perfect setup and absolutely everything you might need, Jaime Lynn and VInce really accommodated their guests far above expectations, coffee and tea station was better than home and even had lots of snack options. Condo and furnishings were spotless and very fresh, bedding very nice and nice fluffy towels, comfortable beds and furniture. Can't say enough how much better than a cramped hotel and the view and location, WOW!! Wake up to the ocean! and convenient to walk right across to, no beach parking needed, its right there! All other AIrbnb's will have to live up to this one now-fantastic!

Had a great time! Space was just what we needed with 4 kids and was very clean. Loved that it was such an easy walk to the beach and then showers and a pool to clean off and relax afterward. Security was present and good, parking was easy, not in a super busy area but not far from the main attractions of the sea wall. Will love to come back again!

We love the less busier side of the beach, better known as West side I believe closer to Galveston fishing pier. Terra and Darin’s place was perfect! Smaller set of condos was nice. Extremely clean and very up to date. Lots of room. Everything you need really for a few days. I packed stuff I usually bring when we stay in BnB’s and I didn’t need them because they had provided it. They also have beach towels (which we did use) and some beach chairs (we didn’t use). The complex has a pool and hot tub both very clean and Drew, manager on site was nice and very helpful as we lost our parking pass in the wind/rain storms that came through abruptly while we were there. The pictures they have posted are spot on. Balcony to sit and watch the cars go by and waves come in. They did very well with this lay out, colors and stocking of goods! Only negative which is out of their control is the seaweed on the beach this year and I wish the city had a walkway on this end.

Location was fabulous, the condo was perfect for 3 adults and a toddler. Wendy had everything we needed except for food and drink. She even had coffee with sugar and creamer at the ready! Wendy notified me prior to check in that the cleaner reported the fold out bed in the couch had a broke leg and was willing to have a replacement delivered the same night! I declined as it wasn’t necessary for us and we wouldn’t need that extra bed. She was prompt with communication and was clear with check in and check out instructions. Front office was friendly and actually had affordable laundry soap so I didn’t have to make another trip to Walmart which btw is walking distance! The pools were fabulous and the condo is right outside the more kid friendly pool. Elevator was broke by our room but we managed. We could have used one on the opposite side but it wasn’t terrible for us. This is located on the top floor (4th floor) definitely keeping this gem saved! Great first time A-BNB experience! ❤️

We had a great time at this condo on the beach. This is the second time we have stayed at these condos. Spacious room for five adults. Everything is there you would need. We enjoyed the provided wagon chairs and other items for the pool/beach. Their location to a private beach without having to run across 4 lanes of traffic is priceless. Thanks for the great hospitality. We hope to be back next year!!
