Holiday rentals with beach access in Brazoria County

The place was clean and very easy to get to. It was only a short drive from everywhere we needed to go! Very quiet and just what we needed for a mini vacation!

We absolutely love staying at The Mark in Surfside. We will be back every year, and hopefully a couple of times a year if possible!!!!

Very nice place! Very clean, well-equipped, great decor, very comfortable beds! Enjoyed our stay in the unit and at the resort with the Beach Club amenities ( lazy pool, other pool across the road, going to beach, able to order food from the beach club restaurant). And beautiful sunset views!

Nice apartment in a quiet street.

Great stay, beautiful area, left a few personal belongings after my checkout. Host was quick and proactive to make arrangements for me to receive my belongings.

Our first time visiting the area and we had a great time. The space was nice and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely go back!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured. We were comfortable and everything we needed was there in the apartment. The apartment was easy to get to, easy to get in to, clean, quiet, and situated in a great part of the city for us, making it easy to shuttle back and forth between Houston and Galveston. There are lots of places to eat nearby, within a ten minute walk, and tons more within a short drive. Vince was a great host with excellent communication. I’m sure we will be back.

The location of this unit couldn’t be better. You are so close to the beach club, where the pool is located, if that is something that you are wanting to buy the pass for and use. The porch views are gorgeous with the pond right and the ocean view. Perfect view to accompany your cup of coffee. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. The elevator made “moving in” so easy. The only negative was the wet smell and the odor from the washing machine when you open it. It stopped me from using it for any of our items, but we were only there for the long weekend so didn’t have to use it. Ricardo said he would look into these items. Would rent again.

Absolutely gorgeous property! Looked just like pictures and is in good location! The golf cart is a wonderful and convenient perk! We had minor issues such as downstairs a/c not cooling down and half of the fire pit not working but everything else was absolutely wonderful! Everybody loved it! Our kids cant stop talking about going back!

It is exactly how they described it, I rented it due to how close to the ocean (one small city block) and how it was decorated for my daughter's graduation. She loved the decorations, a little disappointed we had to walk about (two small city additional blocks) for the sand, but that by far is my only complaint. They were great to deal with and we are already planning the next trip at their place. They had everything we needed and was very responsive. It's a great place to stay. Everything you need within 5 min drive.

I had to reschedule our trip twice and it was super easy both times. Melissa was very responsive and the house was just as described. The location can’t be beat! We will definitely stay again!

You couldn't get any closer to the beach without staying on a boat! Beautiful views, beautiful house, perfect in every way! We can't wait to come back!

Good place and good fishing dont try to cast into the channel all the reds and black drum were caught maybe 20 yards out at most

Where can I start, they where really helpful and made our stay amazing. They kept a lot of communication and informative as the weather wasn't cooperating, but they made our stay great! Very satisfied and helpful! I really recommend them and their home!

We will absolutely be back here. Perfect house, perfect spot. Nice private walkway to the beach with a beautiful Oceanfront view. Perfect house for small kids so no sand has to get in your car getting to and from the beach. The TV in the living room was not working the day we got here but Laurie swiftly had her handyman come out and install a BRAND NEW TV for us which was awesome. Lots of beach toys were provided for our kiddos and the extra chairs in the shed were awesome. Highly recommend!

We loved the place where we stayed. Beautiful views, everything we needed in the kitchen, exceptional place! If we go back to this area, we will definitely stay there. Just a short walk to beach, loved having the wagon, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards. Also the pool, restaurant and gift shop directly behind our place. We drove down the road to other pool with lazy River which kids loved and loved beautiful sunsets. No complaints about our stay, this home was very welcoming and beautiful decorated.

We loved staying here. The condo was exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything to make it a wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Anna's place was a great spot for us to unwind after a busy holiday season. The condo was extremely comfortable, ambience wise and furniture wise. We've stayed on the west end of Galveston many times and understand how isolated it is, which is what we love about it. Anna's balcony provides a view of the beach that you don't get from too many places on the island. To address a few things from other reviews. The elevator is spotty (was out for 1 day), but it worked the majority of the time we were there. The amenities such as the restaurant/gift shop are not open year round. These items don't detract from the property at all, but wanted to make those looking aware. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Susan’s condo was perfect for a 3 day getaway with our two kids (5 & 3). Anything we could’ve possibly needed was in the condo, & the location was fantastic! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all, and being so close to the Beach Club was wonderful! We look forward to going back!

Vira was such a great host. She was very responsive with any questions that I had. The ice machine in the refrigerator did have some white powder substance coming out, so we decided to just nto use the ice. Otherwise, the home was very nice and comfortable. The proximity to the heated pool was excellent. Vira allowed us to get in early at 12pm, which was great so our 1 year old could take a nap. Check in and out instructions were very easy to follow. Weather was slightly chilly for spring break, so the ocean was pretty cold. So staying by the heated pool was so nice. Would definitely recommend staying at Vira's place!

The condo was homey and located on the bay side. We brought a golf cart so it was easy to travel to the beach club to eat and enjoy the pool. The beds were comfy and the towels were thick and absorbent. The home had many items that you don’t think of when packing, but end up needing (pens, scissors, spices, board games, aluminum foil, etc). Parking was easy and everyone had a great time.

We had our family vacation with 5 adults and two kids here and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The condo is much bigger than the pictures show and anything you need is provided. The golf cart was a fun part of the rental as there are paths that you can take to get to all the amenities. You can enjoy fishing, several pools and live music just to name a few things that we enjoyed during our stay. Any questions we had were answered immediately and instructions for the condo were provided and easy to follow. We look forward to planning another stay here.
