Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Alvin

We had a great stay and would absolutely give it 5 stars! The house was spotless—truly one of the cleanest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality utensils, the appliances were excellent, and we loved spending time in the outdoor seating area—it was such a peaceful spot. Just one note for future guests: there’s an upstairs loft area with two beds, but the stairs leading up to it felt a little questionable. One of the steps looked like it had been repaired, and it made us a bit cautious. It wasn’t a problem for us since we stayed downstairs, but worth keeping in mind if you plan to use the loft. All in all, a cozy, well-kept home—we’d definitely stay again!

Christina was very welcoming and friendly. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Loved the fact that there were 4 bedrooms downstairs!!! Huge plus for someone with kids with disabilities. The beds were comfortable and the place truly felt like home. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again!

Lovely home to stay for a week in a quiet neighborhood. Olga was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the beautiful kitchen with all the needed kitchenware; the pool and back patio were perfect for hot, Houston summer; and the home was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. We'd totally stay again!

This was hands-down one of the best stays we’ve ever had as a family! My son and daughter absolutely loved it — from the private pool and mini golf to the cozy bunk beds and foosball table, they were entertained from start to finish. We followed the handbook and did everything it recommended — beach time, Galveston State Park, Waterman’s restaurant, and even ping pong tournament by the parking area. Everything was spot-on! The home is beautifully designed, super clean, and felt like a true home away from home. The views of the park from the deck were stunning, and the sunsets were magical. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive, and we appreciated all the small touches. Thank you for helping us create amazing memories. We’re already talking about coming back! Great quiet getaway that’s not too far outside the city. Loved the hot tub, bonfire, and spent a lot of time in the screened-in patio. Hosts were lovely and very responsive. I had to change my reservation twice due to health concerns and I’m so glad we kept it and got to spend a nice relaxing weekend here.

Perfect layout for 4 adults and 2 kids. One of the nicer airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to go into town too. Very convenient market down the street for any items you may have forgotten. I would stay here again!

we enjoy our stay in this lovely house, clean ,comfortable bedding and furniture and the kitchen have all you will need. the only thing that I don't like that the windows outside is not clean and the garden need more car. but the weather was raining so it's not annoying us. High recommend it to big family.Thanks

We absolutely loved staying at the Peacock Apartment. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures. All the reviews gushing about this place are true. The hostess was kind and understanding with our check-in, and it really was like a little Paradise in the middle of the city. The location is very easy to get to and close to a freeway. There are a lot of markets close by if you want to cook at home. We stayed in every morning and just enjoyed the gardens. There were also a lot of rocking chairs so it was so nice to just laze about. We will definitely be coming back here specifically the next time we come to Houston. Thank you so much Selia!!!

I really loved how central the location was. I could easily get to Midtown and surrounding neighborhoods in under 15–20 minutes. The studio itself was super cute and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even recommending nearby stores when I needed something. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

Absolutely a gem!!!!! LOCATION!!!LOCATION!!! LOCATION!!! The Zen Den was so adorable, perfect for a couples getaway. Very well put together and the aesthetic was just fabulous. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable, relaxing, central location place. The Zen Den it is. You will not regret your stay. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were less than 10min to everything. Especially a skip and hop away from one of our favorite, Gaido's restaurant. Definitely will book again. Spend a wonderful few days with your family

We stayed for 3 nights at Tien’s place for a rather stressful 2 days of pre-op procedures and appts. at MD Anderson. We couldn’t wait to get back at the end of the day. The apartment was clean, bright, peaceful , in a beautiful building with great amenities. Within walking distance to MD Anderson with grocery store not far away… The parking garage is a little tricky, but secure … and our host was very responsive when we had a few questions. It may be an issue for anyone with knee or hip issues. The shower is a tub/ shower combo. Nice deep tub great for soaking but the sides are high so you need to step up and over. Would definitely stay again…Also VERY comfortable king size bed!

This is a perfect place to getaway for an extended stay or even a quick weekend. The home is very clean and well maintained. They provide all the basic essentials you could need during your stay. The location is phenomenal, right on the seawall with a relaxing and peaceful view. We really enjoyed this trip and felt very much at home. We wish we didnt have to leave, but definitely enjoyed the visit! Thanks Jamie and Vince for such an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

Very clean. Easy to find and easy to get inside. You’re about 10 minutes away from everything overall a good place to stay with driving.

Terra and Darin’s place was absolutely perfect for our little girls getaway trip. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and had easy access to parking AND the beach. And it was VERY well stocked. Communication was fast and they even allowed us a little leeway on the arrival time. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a beachfront unit in the Galveston area.

The condo is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and bathroom amenities. There is also a chest on the balcony containing a variety of recreational items for the beach. And there's a full-sized washer and dryer. I'll keep this on my list when I return.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here! The condo was cozy and perfectly placed to see the ocean and pool from the balcony. There were a lot of options on what to do in the area. They even provided a cooler and beach toys if needed. Great communication with the host as well.

Daniel & Sam were very attentive, cared about our satisfaction with the condo and were quickly responsive to any of our questions. The place was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. You could see the pride of ownership in their home. It’s in a great location, convenient to virtually everything. Wonderful place to capture the picturesque sunrise, sunset and just relax while you take in the breeze off of the Gulf.
