Apartment holiday rentals in Altea

The view is just crazy and the apartment is really spacious with everything you need to cook. It was very hot this August and the fans in every room were appreciated. There are also umbrellas and chairs to go to the pebble beach. All amenities are nearby: a convenience store, a cocktail bar, and many great restaurants. The old neighborhood is a 10 minute walk. We never had any difficulty parking, always finding space on the boardwalk or at the train station parking nearby. The neighborhood is alive but we were never bothered by noise. We arrived very late at night and Stuart was waiting for us to give us the keys. He was always responsive to my questions. There are places where you feel good right away and you don't want to leave. This is the case with this apartment!

The house is great, the kids just looove the pool area so much. Sitting outside drinking your morning coffe with the wiew of the mountain in the front of you is just great. To stay here you need to have a car for your own flexibilty but it's also easy to take a taxi to Calp city. We would recommend this place to everyone who need a few days to just relax. Thanks!!

I'd say this was near perfect for our stay. Far enough from hussle and bussle but close enough if you wanted to visit. We found our hosts both very nice and very helpful with any of our requests. On arrival we were given a welcome basket with some water, wine and a selection of snacks. We even got given a leaving present which was a lovely unexpected addition. I'd say it would be very hard to find a place similar to this for the price. We were given clear instructions from check-in to checkout.

Great apartment with a view of the sea and exciting rocks. The host's reaction is always quick. Great snorkeling opportunity. Restaurants within walking distance. Denia can be reached in about 10 min. Very nice!! great.

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. There are even more things like: hair straightener, cotton buds, makeup remover. They also offered us hammocks and umbrellas for the beach. All in all we were at home. It was a pleasure, we will be back soon.

A really nice studio-style apartment with a large terrace overlooking the gardens. The perfect place for a peaceful stay with the luxury of having a large pool on site. Very quiet at the time we were there which made it feel like we had the place to ourselves, and the few owner-occupiers we did meet were lovely. Car necessary to get around the area conveniently, but the apartment is centrally located between Denia and Javea with the village of Jesus Pobre and it's number of very nice local restaurants a 3-minute drive away. We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Nice and clean accommodation. The presence of coffee and sweets made my first morning a party What was also very nice was that the tap had drinking water and the bathroom had a hair dryer

Elvis was a fabulous super host. We were late arriving due to a traffic accident on the Granvia, and he obliged us with late check in and complimentary drinks at the local Bar. His apartment was spotless and close to restaurants, shopping and especially the beach. Wonderful stay. Would love to return.

The stay was fantastic, so much so that it's a shame to leave. My son had an unforgettable time and the adults too hehehe.

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

The apartment was exactly as described. The back terrace has distant sea views, perfect for morning coffee watching the sunrise. The area is peaceful yet close enough to Denia's beaches and restaurants (7 mins drive). Excellent walking trails up the Montgo. Our host, Victor, was super responsive and helpful when we had some questions. Check in and check out was flexible too.

The appartment was clean and quit with a lovely terras with morning sun. There is a realy nice pool with a nice garden with sea view. Altea is like 10-15 min by car and Calpe like 20min by car. There is a beach down the road by 5min walk with cristal clear water. We had a realy nice stay. The communication was easy and good internet. The beds are good. The appartmet is in a silent place. Realy reccogment. Thank you!

I loved the apartment, very spacious for 3 couples. Kitchen well equipped and outside seating areas perfect to catch the sun at any time of day. 30 second walk to the beach. Walkable to the Spar supermarket and some bars and restaurants. If you want to be closer to town then it is a bit of a walk on the main road, which may not suit everyone. Marine was very helpful with regard to recommendations on restaurants and was very quick to respond to messages.

Wow! What a location and what a view. The condo looked just like the pictures and the beach down below is the perfect family beach. You can wade out into the shallows for a good ways. Lovely town and people. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Amazing place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but close to the beach and center of Calpe. It has a wonderful view from the balcony and it has everything you need. Also the communication with the hosts is very fast and easy, that’s so convenient!

We had a great time. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, it has everything you need, kitchenware, appliances, etc., it's also clean and the decoration is ideal. The complex's pool is very large, with 2 slides, both my daughter and we had a great time, the beach bar is large and has several tables. To go to the beach you have to walk about 5 meters but it is a pleasant walk. Sonia is very kind, we had good communication and she made everything very easy for us, she is a very good host, she had prepared a basket with breakfast products for us. We will definitely repeat.
