Monthly Rentals in Alphington

This was my second time at Maureen's Place and Clive welcomed me with flowers and other special treats. I am very comfortable there and very grateful for his wonderful hospitality.

Stuart and Nicola made me feel welcome... They were helpful when i arrived. The room met my expectations. No issues to share about my stay.

We had a wonderful stay over a bank holiday weekend. The traffic meant we were delayed in our arrival time and Cassy was easy to contact and gracious in waiting to let us in. Parking was never an issue either in an allocated visitors spot or the road outside (free to park). The lovely Double locks pub was a 15 min picturesque walk away and outskirts of town about 15 mins in the other direction, about 30 mins to get to the centre or an easy drive. The flat was clean, comfortable and peaceful, with a fabulous window overlooking the waterway and countryside beyond. We loved our stay and would choose the property again if staying in Exeter.
