Ive been to this beautiful place for the second time now, and Im only more impressed! The location is very peaceful, tucked away between beautiful grass fields yet still not far from supermarkets. The home itself is very clean - everything was spotless when we arrived, and there were friendly instructions at every corner. Every room was nicely spacious and comfortable, from the bedrooms to the kitchen and even the garden was gorgeous. The host was very friendly, responsive and respectful. Everything went very well for our trip, check in was clearly instructed and very easy, exactly the same as for the check out. We can definitely recommend this place!

Heinrich and his wife Silvia were 1A hosts, super friendly and explained & showed us everything very well. The apartment was great, very clean & had everything you needed in terms of amenities, even extra towels and blankets were available. In addition, the apartment was nice and cool despite the 34 C outside temperature. Heinrich even accepted a package for us, the contents of which we had to send from home via express (business). For us, the location was also fantastic, we only had 8 minutes to the Tolkien days, where we worked. In addition, it was really pleasantly quiet :) We can only recommend Heinrich & Silvia & their apartment without reservation (and have already registered for next year, we are looking forward to it! :) )!
