Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Almería

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

We were great! The apartment is just like the photos and description, everything is very clean. The service was very good. If we go back to Carboneras, we'll be sure to repeat it. Taking a walk you are in the center and close to everything. Parking always on the door.

Penthouse apartment was very accessible and had panoramic views from Terrace. Location is only a 2 minute walk from central plaza - Plaza Neuva. Terrace was an excellent space to relax in, but definitely could benefit from some form of shading being erected over part of it. Lounge/dining area - large and airy. Lighting however is inadequate over dining area and for reading in. Kitchen is well equipped, though provision of a mop and bucket would have come in handy. We had a very relaxing 7 weeks and could not have asked for better communication and hosting. Hope to return next year.

We had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Zuleima is very kind, polite and helpful. I highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay

We had very fluid communication with Veronica and Yolanda, always very attentive to us. The apartment is very well laid out with the size it has for about 4 people (there were 3 of us and we were very comfortable). It has a large terrace, a living room with a sofa bed and open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (living room and bedroom have air conditioning), and a parking space. The concierge at the building's reception was always very nice to us regarding the questions we had. Overall it was a 10/10 stay, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a quiet area but not too far from amenities and city center. The welcome was exquisite, the house is comfortable, clean and quiet equipped with all the comforts and many amenities!

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the development has quite a few things for the kids to enjoy (park, pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not too good and include some missing basics in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location it is a little far away, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with everything you need and more, and in a super quiet area. The residential development is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

The house was very clean and equipped, with comfortable beds where you rest very well (very quiet area). The development is great, with an outdoor pool and another heated (which is on the same floor of the apartment), with alternatives for those who travel with children. The views are very nice. Another positive point is that pets are allowed. In addition, Marta has been very friendly and helpful. The only catch is the location, since although it is close to the city, as the village does not offer leisure alternatives, you need the car for everything.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

An excellent apartment in the heart of Bahía Naturist Urbanisation. Perfect for access to the beach, local bars and restaurants Leandro and his team were extremely helpful and responsive with the check in and check out process Hope to be back again soon

We had a very good family stay in Juan's house. A large terrace facing the mountain, large bedrooms and a large living room. The house is close to beaches such as the Genoese and san josé. Good communication with Juan. I recommend it!

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Javier was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. He was always quick to respond and offered valuable advice and support whenever we needed it. His property exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the listing suggests. The cactus garden is beautiful, and the natural pool, nestled right along the coast, is the perfect spot to unwind. A short path leads to a secluded bay where you can snorkel and explore vibrant coral reefs. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from beach towels to a Nespresso coffee machine and even a blender. I can’t recommend Javier’s place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem, and I’d love to return someday.

Beautiful house, clean, located in a safe compound in the Golf resort. We were a family of 5, enjoyed very much the facilities and the beautiful surroundings . Having a car is mandatory, distances between cities / pueblos are big.

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.

Freda was extremely helpful in advance of our arrival. The property backs onto the 1st and 18th hole which was great. The place was spacious enough for us all with inside an outside seating options offering variety. The little touch with milk and tea and other minor accessories to help the initial arrival was welcomed. The small local pool was perfect in the weather.
