Train stations and beaches are a 25-minute walk or 15-minute bus ride away, Cabo de Gata beaches are a 30-minute drive away. The neighborhood is sometimes lively and noisy in the evening.

Wonderful newly renovated house with a unique and special layout. It has two terraces overlooking the Alcazaba from which you can enjoy breakfast, dinner or just a pleasant time reading or chatting. The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!!
