Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Almería

We were with our baby and our stay was very comfortable! Everything was very clean and the pool was very quiet and accessible.

Very nice apartment situated in a well kept secure gated community. Walkable to the beach and bars/restaurants (approx 2.5km) although I did take the car at times. Fran was very attentive and helpful with regular messages to ensure that all was ok and whether I needed anything.

Penthouse apartment was very accessible and had panoramic views from Terrace. Location is only a 2 minute walk from central plaza - Plaza Neuva. Terrace was an excellent space to relax in, but definitely could benefit from some form of shading being erected over part of it. Lounge/dining area - large and airy. Lighting however is inadequate over dining area and for reading in. Kitchen is well equipped, though provision of a mop and bucket would have come in handy. We had a very relaxing 7 weeks and could not have asked for better communication and hosting. Hope to return next year.

Totally recommended apartment, very quiet area near the beach, very well equipped with all kinds of cleaning and cooking products. Everything clean and comfortable for a great vacation.

The apartment is in a quiet area but not too far from amenities and city center. The welcome was exquisite, the house is comfortable, clean and quiet equipped with all the comforts and many amenities!

Loved my stay here- didn’t feel like a rented apartment felt very homely, and the view is incredible. I would go back.

We had a very good stay. Our trip was as a family and the development has quite a few things for the kids to enjoy (park, pools...). The apartment is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The terrace is a delightful one. They should improve the cleanliness as it was not too good and include some missing basics in the kitchen (although it is quite equipped). As for the location it is a little far away, but you can find everything you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants...) without having to be in the most crowded part. The truth is that I definitely recommend the stay.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

It was a beautiful place to stay, very clean and well maintained with a great location and breathtaking views. Communication was excellent from the beginning. The housekeeper Carmen was very helpful.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, with everything you need and more, and in a super quiet area. The residential development is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Second time we stayed in this urbanization and again it convinces us that it has the best of a hotel and the best of an apartment. Manuel as host, trusted person, helpful and friendly. We will continue to choose these apartment when we go in the area.

Javier is a very good and reliable host! Always a quick reaction, solves things and is friendly. The appartment is very nice, everything you need is there and it has a nice garden. The (small) supermarket and a few restaurants are very close to the appartment and the environment feels good. Lots of nice villages in the neighborhood. We can absolutely recommend this appartment!!

Really nice apartment with 2 playgrounds for our little kid (1½ year old). The parking spot is quite narrow so it does take some time to get used to getting in and out but that’s about the only downside to the apartment.

We went to spend Christmas Eve and Christmas with the whole family. We were 9 adults, multiple children and pets. We had a fantastic time. The house was very cozy, comfortable and relaxing. Each room with its own bathroom. The heating and the fireplace worked great and we didn't get cold at all. More on the contrary. The kitchen connected to the dining room was very pleasant so that we had the feeling of being connected all the time and facilitating the task of having the little ones guarded. The children had a pipe in the surroundings of the house making theirs with scooters and bicycles. In general the house is very prepared for the journey of 14 people. We will return for sure in summer as we stay eager to enjoy the pool and the shade of the vine, in addition to being able to make a barbecue. The very attentive and friendly hosts offered us options for whatever came up.

Egbert was really helpful before, during and after our stay. the location of the house is really good and has a variety of areas to eat out in the shade or sun. the pool has a grassy shaded area with a good selection of sun beds supplied by Egbert. the pool is a good size and never gets crowded even in August! the info book was really useful and thoughtfully put together with many useful suggestions of where to visit in the area. Although we have been visiting the area for many years we even found new places to visit. the Lunar Cable park and inflatables at the resevoir was a good morning out and our grand children loved the infatable obstacle course. there is a good snack bar on site. Get there early and allow a couple of hours only. we often eat at Triana in the Valle de Este resort as the food is great and always consistent quality. if you dont fancy a full meal you can just work your way through the tapas! great holiday, great house and great hosts! enjoy!

Javier was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. He was always quick to respond and offered valuable advice and support whenever we needed it. His property exceeded our expectations—it’s even more stunning than the listing suggests. The cactus garden is beautiful, and the natural pool, nestled right along the coast, is the perfect spot to unwind. A short path leads to a secluded bay where you can snorkel and explore vibrant coral reefs. The house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, from beach towels to a Nespresso coffee machine and even a blender. I can’t recommend Javier’s place enough—it’s truly a hidden gem, and I’d love to return someday.

Beautiful house, clean, located in a safe compound in the Golf resort. We were a family of 5, enjoyed very much the facilities and the beautiful surroundings . Having a car is mandatory, distances between cities / pueblos are big.

Highly recommended accommodation. It is like being in your cortijo of all life... Disconnect from the noise and stresses of the city to immerse yourself in pleasant sounds of birds in the sun on a huge porch with barbecue, billiards, sofas and a pool about 3510 approx that you can enjoy even if it is not summer. We have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves a lot and our kitten more! Manuel is very nice and attentive and I help us when arriving with an unexpected thing in a matter of half an hour. I solve the problem for us. Attention and kindness are appreciated. A pleasure to meet you and we will definitely be back, but next time it will be more days as it gets short! To put a suggestion the heaters do not heat the maximum, there are no stoves in the bathroom and it gets cold and the pool comes in as the wind is not fully closed and as it does some air it is a little wrong certainly when leaving and being inside. Manuel told us that his intention was to close it like that it would be perfect and warmer. Hasta pro

Nice and big place to stay. Convenient that the host provides with linen and towels. Lovely communal pool. Good garage. There are a lot of great restaurants in Almeria.
