Apartment holiday rentals in Almaty

The apartment is very large and arranged. The site is very good close to the famous Avenue of Arbat in one problem is the internet speed is very slow.

we were a group of 5 friends. From moment we booked the host was very helpful and responsive as we did not know a lot about Almaty. Apartment was HUGE with 3 bathrooms and plenty rooms and practical kitchen and washing machine. Host helped to recommend nearby places and even itinerary! There was also option to try home cooked local cuisine which could be sent direct to the apartment. we really felt welcomed from day 1. Fantastic place for large families!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! The host went above and beyond by meeting us at 3 AM for check-in, which we truly appreciated. The home was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed and was very toddler-friendly, making it perfect for our family. The location was excellent — close to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, with a grocery store right downstairs. We also loved the nearby walking areas, perfect for daily strolls. I would surely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Victoria is an amazing host. She is very helpful and quick to respond. Her house is beautiful and very well kept. We liked the place a lot and wanted to even extend our stay but it was already booked.

We had a wonderful stay at Madina's apartment. She is a great Superhost. She was very responsive and provided us details information for check in. She had also provided us with lot of local recommendations. We have stayed in many Airbnb around the world but this has to be one of the few places where we felt right at home. There is a very homely feeling in the apartment and from the moment you enter, it is very obvious that Madina has thought of every little thing for her guests. There are lot of great restaurants within a short walking distance of the apartment and there is also a small grocery shop very closeby. While we did not need to use the kitchen, it is very well stocked with pots and pans. There is a also a dishwasher. The apartment (including the toilet) was squeaky clean. The bed was very comfortable and large for two person. The complex is very secure with multiple security gates to go through. All in all, we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Almaty.

The apartment is new and very modern. It was very clean and smelled fresh. The view from the window is very good, the bed was very comfortable. I’d definitely book it again!

Marzans place is so cozy, amenities are there whatever mentioned on post. She is also responsive and the place itself ia near to the tourist spots from the centre. However we wouldnt able to leave it cleaned since our time is very less before we can checkout. 😁 Overall very good host.

Assel’s place was really nice and close to everything. Great location and very clean too. I think I missed the fine print of no lift.. which didn’t bother me but only taking the luggage up and down was the hassle since it was the 4th floor. She’s very responsive, so loved the stay.

Aliya is a truly charming and gracious host. Despite our delayed arrival, she was there waiting to welcome us with a warm smile. Her home is impeccable—every detail has been carefully thought through, down to the smallest touches that most would overlook. It's clear she takes great pride in creating a comfortable and memorable experience for her guests. If you're ever in Almaty, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at her place. I know I certainly will again!

+ve: Very worth it for the location - able to view the mountains as the apartment was on the 12th floor. Lovely interior and neat apartment. The apartment is located very close to the MRT and very walkable to all the key places of interest. -ve: Might be a little warm during the hotter days as the air condition is only available in the bedroom. Toilet is slightly dirty as well with the toilet bowel and toilet bowl brush. Water heater seems to have some issues as well as there are moments where the water can get very hot or very cold out of a sudden.

Wonderful apartment! Located in a quiet area. There are cafes and restaurants for breakfast or dinner on the complex. Clean, cozy , bathrobes, slippers and quality linen. We needed laundry and were kindly provided with no extra charge. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

I came for a business trip in December, I checked in with Evgenia. Everything was very pleasant. Evgenia, at my request, a day a day, replaced 🙏🏻 my hair dryer with personal questions, as I was the first time in Almaty. The apartment is clean and cozy, you can cook to eat! The hot tub is my 😻 own love as pictured! I will definitely be back!

Nice apartment with self check-in. The apartment is quiet, quiet, has everything for life. There are a lot of shops nearby, you can reach the center with public transport. There are some household imperfections, but I think it's easy to fix: - in the kitchen "buzzing" light when turned on - Water pressure is periodically weak - There are no keys to the gate to the yard, so every time you have to explain to the guards who you are and where you are going

Very large, spacious apartment with a great location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in a walking distance. Everything is fine in the apartment, except for the lack of air conditioning and since we stayed in the hot season, during the day it was very hot in the apartment, but at night it is wonderful, you can sleep with the windows open thanks to the draft, even sometimes it was cool. The hostess is wonderful, went to meet us in everything and helped us. Recommended.

Kanysh was very friendly and was always trying to help, whenever we needed. He personally picked us from the airport and to took us around his home. We were in regular touch to communicate with each other, though we met only once in person on the first day. His apartment was furnished, as described in the listing. Only thing missing was an AC, which was probably not so much required in the pleasant weather of Almaty. There was a pedestal fan, though, which helped us in two three warm days during our stay. It had everything else. There was a small mall at a walking distance, wherefrom essentials could be bought. There were a few Indian restaurants nearby, which helped us. A small point - if possible, the bed sheet should be held tighly over the matress, though both were very good. Overall, our experience with the host, his apartment, Almaty city and its people were very good. We recommend his home for those planning a visit to Almaty in future.

The apartment is bright, warm, and quiet. Highly recommend it to everyone. The host, Assem, communicates smoothly, making the check-in process seamless. Her mother is a nice lady, very friendly. We spent over ten days here, and it felt just like home.
