Assel’s place was really nice and close to everything. Great location and very clean too. I think I missed the fine print of no lift.. which didn’t bother me but only taking the luggage up and down was the hassle since it was the 4th floor. She’s very responsive, so loved the stay.

A true gem in Almaty. Woke up to epic mountain views every day in a beautifully designed space. Felt like a home away from home!

Замечательные апартаменты! Находятся в тихом районе. На территории комплекса есть кафе и рестораны для завтрака или ужина. Чистые, уютные , халаты, тапочки и качественное белье. Нам нужна была стирка и нам любезно ее предоставили без дополнительной платы. Спасибо за чудесный отдых! ❤️

Unbelievably clean: feels like it’s newly built and we are the first people ever entering it. Larisa the host graciously allowed a very early check-in and helped us find our way to the accommodation. Everything a traveller might need is there. A very comfy bed. There were even complimentary eggs and milk for breakfast, a very nice touch. Quiet and safe area. Lots of good eateries and shops nearby. Highly recommended.

This is the case when you want to keep this hidden gem secret so that there wouldn’t be a line to get to stay at this place. Amazing place. Next to a park and everything else around at the heart of the city. Anastassiya is wonderful too, let me check in earlier and check out later. The place is comfortable and has a great(GREAT) energy.

The place was exactly what I needed. Everything was clean and the amanities were satisfactory. The host, Alexandr, was friendly and fast responsive to my requests. I genuinely recommend his apartment.

Рядом находится много отличных ресторанов с вкусной едой на любой вкус. Отдельно хочется отметить дружелюбных и отзывчивых хозяев — всегда были на связи и готовы помочь. Прекрасное место для отдыха, рекомендую!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay! The host went above and beyond by meeting us at 3 AM for check-in, which we truly appreciated. The home was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed and was very toddler-friendly, making it perfect for our family. The location was excellent — close to plenty of coffee shops and restaurants, with a grocery store right downstairs. We also loved the nearby walking areas, perfect for daily strolls. I would surely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Victoria is an amazing host. She is very helpful and quick to respond. Her house is beautiful and very well kept. We liked the place a lot and wanted to even extend our stay but it was already booked.

Aliya is a truly charming and gracious host. Despite our delayed arrival, she was there waiting to welcome us with a warm smile. Her home is impeccable—every detail has been carefully thought through, down to the smallest touches that most would overlook. It's clear she takes great pride in creating a comfortable and memorable experience for her guests. If you're ever in Almaty, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at her place. I know I certainly will again!

Хорошая квартира с самостоятельным заселением. В квартире тихо, есть всё для жизни. Рядом много магазинов, до центра можно добраться на общественном транспорте. Есть некоторые бытовые недостатки, но думаю это можно легко исправить: - На кухне "гудит" свет при включении - Напор воды периодически бывает слабым - Нет ключей от калитки во двор, поэтому каждый раз приходится объяснять охранникам кто вы и куда идете

Очень большая, просторная квартира с отличным месторасположением. Много магазинов и ресторанов в пешей доступности. В квартире всё хорошо, кроме отсутствия кондиционера и так как мы останавливались в жаркое время, днем в квартире было очень жарко, но ночью замечательно, с открытыми окнами можно спать благодаря сквозняку, даже иногда было прохладно. Хозяйка замечательная, во всем шла на встречу и помогала нам. Рекомендую.

Kanysh was very friendly and was always trying to help, whenever we needed. He personally picked us from the airport and to took us around his home. We were in regular touch to communicate with each other, though we met only once in person on the first day. His apartment was furnished, as described in the listing. Only thing missing was an AC, which was probably not so much required in the pleasant weather of Almaty. There was a pedestal fan, though, which helped us in two three warm days during our stay. It had everything else. There was a small mall at a walking distance, wherefrom essentials could be bought. There were a few Indian restaurants nearby, which helped us. A small point - if possible, the bed sheet should be held tighly over the matress, though both were very good. Overall, our experience with the host, his apartment, Almaty city and its people were very good. We recommend his home for those planning a visit to Almaty in future.

The apartment is bright, warm, and quiet. Highly recommend it to everyone. The host, Assem, communicates smoothly, making the check-in process seamless. Her mother is a nice lady, very friendly. We spent over ten days here, and it felt just like home.

중앙아시아 방문은 처음이라 숙소부터 걱정은 많이 했는데~ 진심 편안하게 이용했습니다. 첫날 호스트님이 마중나와 편안히 체크인했으며, 위치도 좋아서 편하게 현지투어를 이용하고, 얀덱스고를 타고 잘 돌아다녔네요. 주변에 지하철역이 가까이 있었고, 놀이동산도 있습니다. 무엇보다 의사소통 시 빠르게 답변해주셔서 만족했습니다.
