Yerzhan was a great host, and the apartment was a quiet, comfortable and stylish place to stay! It is located in a larger facility with a restaurant and pool, but we stayed during the off season, so they weren't open, except for the restaurant on the weekend. The space was well decorated, and rooms comfortable and heated in the floors. The building manager was very helpful. We were able to easily order in food delivery.

Studios at RK Lotus Terrace

The property is located by the promenade of Lake Sairan, conveniently located to the bus stop and shops inside the building. The hostess checked me in early, which helped me not stay outside. At night it is quiet and peaceful, a large bed, a chic bathroom with a shower cabin. Recommended. Landlord is a lovely person.

My flight arrived late but Marat checked me in at 3am without any issues. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. There is everything you need for long-term stays. It was quiet at night and slept like an infant at night. Nearby there are several shops, good dining room, many restaurants for delivery. Good transport accessibility - several public transport stops nearby, bus station. Unless there are few places to walk in walking distance, but I didn't really look for it. Marat was great to hang out with. Overall, I liked everything, I recommend.
