This place will give you vivid memories with its location - 15 minutes walk from Mega Center. Nearby are the Bolshaya Almatinka River with mountain views, the Park of the First President, various cafes, shops, bazaar, food court, bus stop 1-2 minutes. The location of the house is good, 10 minutes walk to the Ascension Church, there are two Chinese restaurants in the surrounding area 5 minutes walk, and the small supermarket is 2 minutes diagonally across the road.It is on the 2nd floor and it is not difficult to carry luggage.Master bedroom with a second bedroom single bed and a sofa bed in the living room for four people.The bathroom is separate wet and wet.Kitchen utensils. Comfortable apartments in the center of Almaty

This was the best place that I stayed in Almaty, the apartment is very modern, all the equipment in it is new and very high quality, the location is 10 out of 10, everything you need is nearby, a large supermarket is 2 minutes walk away, in the residential complex itself there are cafes, beauty salons and a 24-hour store. It is also worth noting the beautiful view from the balcony you can see the mountains and the whole city, Anastasia was very kind and polite.

We had a very large room at our disposal which could have accommodated at least 4, if not more, people. Free access to a kitchen and two bathrooms. The place is located outside of the city center but is easy to access by bus or taxi. The area is pleasant to walk around in, with single family homes. Most importantly, the host is very kind and is always eager to help with information or whatever is needed. He even came to pick us up at the airport, free of charge.

The house was terrific everything was very clean, with very good amenities! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schön groß! Das Haus besitzt einen Garten mit einer schönen Rasenfläche, die ich so in Kasachstan nicht kannte, außerdem gibt es dort eine Sauna, die Besitzerin des Hauses war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, etwas außerhalb der Stadt, in der Nähe gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant!!!!! Danke!😇 The house was very nice everything was very clean, with very good facilities! The beds were very comfortable and big! The house has a garden with a beautiful lawn, which I did not know so in Kazakhstan, there is also a sauna, the owner of the house was very helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for us, just outside the city, there is a very good restaurant nearby!!!!! Thank you!😇 The house was amazing everything was very clean, with very nice amenities!
