This is amazing B&B. Restored extremely nicely while keeping a lots of the originals - flooring, doors, furniture and much more. Pat is very knowledgable about the history of the house. Great host!

We ended up being the only family there, it was ominous at first however everything worked and it was extremely clean.

We rented the home for PSU graduation. Lots of room for three generations of family to celebrate. Love the large kitchen and the bar area definitely came in handy. Crockpots were available and appreciated. The backyard is wonderful. We enjoyed sitting outside, too wet to use firepit but it is a nice area. Mike gave great advice on where to get ice etc. and we were set for the weekend!

Kevin and Robin were outstanding hosts in a beautiful and peaceful location. The room was great, the bed extremely comfortable and they made the entire stay an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in an Airbnb. We were made to feel like family.

The breakfasts were outstanding! The service was great. Pat was friendly and a gracious hostess. She gave us a tour of the house including the history of the house as well as how she came to own period pieces of furniture, art, glassware and fixtures. The house is grand and it was fabulous to stay there for four nights. Will return in the future.

peaceful place to go with nice lakes

Hotel was very clean and within 10 mins of everything downtown. Would check out again if back in the area.

We were very pleased with our stay, from parking to check-in, amenities such as the pool, workout room, breakfast, etc.. The quality and friendliness of the people who work there are also worth noting. The young man (originally from NJ) who checked us in was terrific. My wife and I were there for a relaxing getaway, which we got. I highly recommend it. (Also, it is the best option if you are looking for a place near UPMC Altoona hospital.)

My stay was perfect. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and just as described. A nice little slice of nostalgia with a contemporary touch. The location was well lit and easily accessible. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in the area.

Everything was spot on about the stay. The host will give you a heads up about a few for the hotel but apparently it’s not needed, but just in case always have the extra $250 to save you stress.

Perfect stay in Ellicottville! Walkable to all of the spots downtown. Clean & comfy bed!

We got this place for my niece for her wedding night. Her and her husband absolutely loved the place. So much so that they FaceTimed me the whole room and were raving about it.

A little out of the way but very peaceful. Next to no cell signal. We appreciated how accommodating they are to after-hours arrivals. Heat lamps in the shower are great. Bathrooms are a tad small.

The Timberline Lodge was the perfect place for an overnight stay in Ellicottville. It was walking distance to many great bars, restaurants, and shops. The place was clean and offered a variety of amenities. The bathroom/shower did seem quite outdated, but staying just one night, that did not bother us. The onsite parking was also a bonus, as we parked our car and walked everywhere. We would recommend the Timberline Lodge if you are looking for a place to stay and explore Ellicottville.

Jessica's place is special and one of a kind. The mansion has been beautifully preserved. It's like taking a step back in time... many amazing rooms, antiques, artwork and history to enjoy. A short drive to the Kinzua Bridge and with historical ties, it's a must see. Jess was an amazing host with a wealth of information about the house and surroundings. We felt very comfortable in the king suite, the bed felt like a cloud and it was impeccably clean. If you're looking for a unique experience in a beautiful mansion, this is it! We will definitely be back.

the outside does look a bit sketch when you arrive, but the inside is glorious and comfortable! Carmody's around the corner has amazing food and service!

Clean room, good communication, good price. Just what I was looking for.
