Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Allegheny River

Sherry has a beautiful home with a serene setting, you can't beat the view from the porch. We stayed here and drove over to Rock Run (which is about 11 miles away) to do some ATV riding...it was so nice coming back to the house after a day on the trails and just relaxing on the porch, playing cards and feeding carrots to Gleason and George! We got to meet Sherry (and her dogs!) and hear some more about her farm and her horses. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, Sherry is so kind, the place is spotless, the beds are very comfortable and the house is loaded with cooking accessories including a Blackstone flat top grill. If you don't reserve it now then definitely bookmark it for later!!

We went for a "weekend getaway". Met several friends in Ellicottville, hit a few bar / restaurants and then went back to the property! It was amazing. Picture perfect condition, working grill and hot tub, with a great firepit as well. We set up cornhole boards and had a blast. Cooked on grill, played cornhole and several went in the hot tub. Great set up and I would HIGHLY recommend! If we go back to Ellicottville, which I believe we will, we will definitely try to use this property again! Thanks to our hosts, Jesse and Kelly!!

Great place to stay to explore Letchworth State Park. Very clean, nicely decorated, great wood stove for cozy evenings! Would stay again for sure!

This is my third stay in Stephan and Sylvie’s Airbnb. They are great hosts. Quick to reply and always making sure that the client is satisfied. I have visited Ellicottville every year since 2019, and have stayed in various Wildflower condo units. While other hosts and units were good, I keep going back to Stephan and Sylvie’s place. I don’t give out recommendations lightly, but I think that if you try their place you will find value and a responsive host.

When visiting Holiday Valley for some skiing this ski-in, ski-out accommodation is absolutely perfect! Our group has been staying here for a view years and the place never disappoints. The kitchen is well stocked and the living space is very comfortable. Looking forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

This was a great experience for myself and some college friends. We stayed during the summer and while the normal attractions like skiing and tubing weren’t open we enjoyed the beautiful view, golf courses nearby, indoor pool and hot tub, and the fire pit. Highly recommended even in the offseason from skiing!

We had a great stay at Demi's place and would definitely return! The condo was very clean and well appointed, having everything we needed to enjoy a long ski weekend. There was more than enough space for our family of 5. It has beautiful views of the slopes at Holiday Valley on all 3 levels and the location is a short drive to all that Ellicottville has to offer. We particularly enjoyed the fact that it is located in a very quiet end of the development. Highly recommend!

Outstanding rental excellent house beautiful home clear communication one of the best places we have rented in a long time and we rent a lot all over the country. If we ever come back to this area we will pick this house and host every time! You will not be disappointed. Plenty of parking and excellent layout.

The cabin is adorable, cozy with cute touches and the basics we needed. The outside is stunning! Its remote location makes for excellent star gazing and general relaxation. The yard is so spacious it felt like we rented out a private park. We had a wonderful time enjoying the peacefulness.
