This space was absolutely perfect for my stay. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics I needed, and she even provided coffee, creamer and snacks, which was so thoughtful! Everything was clean and comfortable, with high quality bedding, towels, etc.. I highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in state college!

The sofa bed may or may not open, but aside from that we had a lovely stay! Very clean and comfortable accommodations, generous toiletries in the bathroom and generous breakfast supplies. Great place!

We really enjoyed staying here . It was the perfect location if you wanted to grab something to eat or go down to the water . The place was well kept and we enjoyed it so much we stayed in most of the time . The hot tub and sauna were so nice to relax in . We will Be back for sure

Kim's place feels just like home! We just love going there because her place is cozy and it's close to many excellent restaurants and to Presque Isle. I highly recommend her place if you'd like a vacation to Erie!

Can't say enough great things about Kathleen's place! An instant home away from home and exactly what I needed to reset from life stressors. The outdoor deck was wonderful for morning coffee and getting through work emails, the fireplace was a lovely evening indulgence, and the attention to detail in the kitchen and living spaces were impeccable! I was sad to leave such a peaceful place, but I know that I'll be back again soon. Staying there was such a treat, especially in this transition of spring to summer. Kathleen is a fantastic host and very responsive. Definitely ranks into one of my favorite stays. Thank you so much, Kathleen!

What a great setting! The backyard and deck with its hot tub, saltwater pool, comfy furniture and wildlife (deer, turkey, squirrels, and birds) coming to feed was outdoor living and nature at its best. We loved their adorable and fluffy and very friendly bichon dogs. Moving indoors, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom and closet were so very spacious that you didn't feel crowded or cluttered at all. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs. And the whole place was spotlessly clean. A number of other people mentioned the steep driveway in their reviews, and they were not wrong! Be aware, if you have mobility issues, the steps in and out of the house are high. But I managed. Overall, a great experience! Too bad it rained after the first day.

Carrie’s place checked all our boxes and more. Clean, modern, comfortable (complete with soft pillows and nice mattress) and an accommodating host who was very friendly and personable. Aside from the major aspects being fabulous, it’s also the little details that make a place really stand out. Carrie’s house had HVAC control in all rooms for optimal comfort, an upscale coffee maker, snacks!, condiments, umbrellas for use, nice toiletries, tissues and even great accommodations for pets to include 🐶💩 bags and Yeti dog bowls. The location was also convenient, as we enjoyed being able to walk from her place across the bridge path to Bridgeport where we enjoyed dinner and live music at the Grumpy Beaver. The house was also close to downtown Beaver and the Saturday farmers market. My family, including pups, will return again!

Perfect accommodation and location if you are in the area to paddle Pine Creek, bike the rail-trail, or go hiking. Just outside the town of Wellsboro so close to great shopping and restaurants. Apartment was spotless and very well stocked with the essentials and more. Bedrooms are very big and beds were comfortable. Host was very nice and quick to respond to our request. Beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend the place.

Lake views were amazing and the living rooms with all the windows was just what we were looking for !

Great stay! Close enough to downtown for affordable Uber/Lyft rides but Far enough that you can enjoy a quiet neighborhood. Check in was super easy and the place provides everything that you would need for a quick weekend stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

Teresa is the best! She attends to every detail. Her place is absolutely beautiful. It's everything you would want or need when visiting Olean.

Everything about this experience was excellent. Communication with the owners was perfect, questions answered quickly, booking very east, beautiful apartment with beautiful views, we even had the friendliest dig meet us and slept outside the door all night. There were snacks in the table and farm fresh eggs and milk in the fridge, k-cups and sleepy tea on the counter to enjoy! Upon leaving we noticed a table by the entrance to the driveway with begonias and geraniums for sale by their son, which we couldn’t pass up. Bought several to take back to NC to plant in our yard so we could remember this awesome experience! Thanks to this family for being so hospitable!

I genuinely loved Tom's place. Super modern, clean and you couldn't ask for a quieter location. I haven't slept that well in a while. Instructions to check in were great!
