Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung und sehr viele Details, das verdient wirklich ein Lob. Man sieht die Vorteile, wenn sich ein privater Gastgeber wie Gian Luca und seine Mama mit viel Liebe um alles kümmern. Wir konnten dreimal grillen, mega! Wir fanden es insgesamt toll! Tipps für Strände: Alles zwischen Badesi und Marinedda fanden wir besser als den Strand in La Caccia (geht aber natürlich auch).

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in der wunderschönen Unterkunft, sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, das Haus ist toll und die Gegend bietet sich für viele schöne Ausflüge im Norden der Insel an. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, danke.

We werden heel vriendelijk en open ontvangen door Gianfranco. Hij gaf ons een rondleiding door het verblijf en nam de tijd voor een gezellig praatje. Tijdens onze hele trip was hij steeds bereikbaar voor vragen of tips, en we konden bij hem terecht voor extra’s die we nodig hadden – zoals een groot broodmes, bijvoorbeeld. Het verblijf zelf is exact zoals op de foto's, maar we waren aangenaam verrast door hoe ruim het in het echt is. Ideaal voor vier volwassenen! Alles was netjes en schoon, en de ligging is heerlijk rustig. Het zwembad is een echte plus! De locatie is ook top: op slechts 15 minuten rijden van de luchthaven van Alghero en een perfect vertrekpunt om andere stadjes op het eiland te verkennen. Wij deden enkel het noordelijke deel van het eiland. Een aanrader – bedankt Gianfranco!

Die Terasse ist ein Traum. Morgens draußen gefrühstückt und abends tolle Sonnenuntergänge erlebt. Lage des Hauses ist abgelegen und sehr ruhig. Fussläufig in 5 bis 10min. sind 2 Restaurants und ein Supermarkt zu erreichen. Von La Ciaccia kann man tolle Ausflüge starten. z.B. nach Alghero oder Santa Teresa di Gallura. Costa Paradiso ist ein Muss. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Schönere Strände würde ich empfehlen mit dem Auto in ca. 10-15min. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber sauber. Mobiliar schon älter. TV nur italienisch. WLAN nicht immer. Gastgeber sprechen nur italienisch. Uns hat eine Übersetzungsapp gut geholfen. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Danke Antonella das wir in deiner Unterkunft wohnen konnten. Wir wurden persönlich vor Ort begrüßt bei einer traumhafte Landschaft, direkt an der Steilküste mit super Sonnenuntergang. Das kleine Häuschen hat uns richtig gut gefallen, super Küchenausstattung, auf der Terrasse schöne Möbel zum verweilen...einfach alles sehr entspannend und viel, viel Ruhe. Wir als älteres Pärchen können Antonella kleines Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

appartement spacieux avec terrasse et balcon, clair bien exposé très calme, très bonne literie. il est à 20 minutes à pied du centre histoire et de la promenade en bord de mer sur anciennes fortifications. Lidl à 8 minutes à pied. excellent accueil de part d'Antonieta et Marco. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner toutes les informations sur les lieux à visiter les restaurants. Très réactifs avec beaucoup de convivialité et de gentillesse. Nous recommandons

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo con Dario, persona molto gentile e ospitale. La casa é una piccola oasi di pace vicina a tantissime spiagge meravigliose e al centro di Alghero, torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 presso l'alloggio per una settimana. Ottima l'area parcheggio e la spiaggia privata con doccia esterna e lettini. Terrazza da favola sul mare per mangiare fuori e al riparo. Alloggio rispondente all'annuncio e alla descrizione! La cucina mancava di qualche attrezzatura (cucchiaini e qualche piatto) che però non ha influito sul giudizio positivo. L'host ci ha permesso di entrare in alloggio alle 14.30 invece che alle 17 e di lasciarlo un'ora dopo rispetto all'orario stabilito. Sempre reattivo ad ogni nostra richiesta! Abbiamo passato una stupenda vacanza, se saremo nuovamente in zona torneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Vittoria, le logement est idéalement placé (accès aux plages et à la ville en 2min à pieds. Un logement super pour deux personnes. Vittoria est une hôte disponible, gentille et nous a donné de très bons conseils concernant les activités à faire. Encore merci 😊

Spędziliśmy wspaniały tydzień w domu Gianluci. Nasz gospodarz zadbał o wszystko, w domu było wygodnie i przytulnie. Ogród i weranda to coś wspaniałego. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem, cudowny dom i piękna okolica- to recepta na udane wakacje. Polecamy z całego serca i chcielibyśmy kiedyś wrócić :-)

Un delizioso appartamento vicino ai principali servizi di Lu Bagnu, con un terrazzino vista mare meraviglioso dal quale si può godere di tramonti mozzafiato. Pierfrancesco, Nazareno e Loredana sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a darci numerose info e suggerimenti, compresa qualche dritta per le spiagge per cani raggiungibili anche a mezz’ora di strada. Soggiorno super positivo!

Nous avons séjourné chez Alessandro en avril 2025. Les lieux étaient très calmes et agréables. L'appartement se situe au sein d'une résidence dans un bel environnement à proximité de nombreuses balades et plages. Le logement est très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Attention, toutefois il n'y a pas de vue mer contrairement à ce que nous pensions.

Perfect beach holiday The place is just as seen on the photos. It was perfect for our family of 5 including 2 teens. The air conditioning is a life saver and the garden is perfect for dining outside and hanging clothes after a beach day. It is within walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants and shops. Other nice beaches are 15-20min by car. Luigi and Monica were very helpful and quick to answer questions we had during our stay. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

La maison de Gavina est parfaite pour un séjour au bord de la mer. Elle est bien équipée (vaisselle, douche extérieure pour les retours de plage, machine à laver, etc.). La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, c’était parfait avec de jeunes enfants! Gavina nous avait préparé une chaise haute et un lit parapluie pour notre bébé. C’était très pratique! Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil chaleureux 😊

Sono arrivata a Porto Torres con la nave e la mia auto. Percorrere la strada per Nulvi é bellissima, una statale tra le colline, pascoli, rapaci e alle spalle il mare con l'isola di Asinara.. L'alloggio é stato facilissimo da raggiungere ed é super curato. Arrivata Angela E Pablo mi hanno accolto con amore, mi hanno mostrato la stanza, proposto di partecipare a Yoga e dato tutte le informazioni...ma la cosa che ha reso la mia vacanza ancora più bella é l'amore e la cura che Angela e Pablo hanno avuto nei miei confronti e trasmesso per il posto dove hanno scelto di vivere. Mi sono sentita veramente una persona di famiglia. Il cuore é che qualcosa che non ha prezzo e loro sono riusciti a condividere il loro con me. Non sono solo soddisfatta, sono estasiata, felice e piena. Porterò sempre con me i sorrisi, le chiacchiere, i momenti di meditazione e di condivisione pura che mi hanno generosamente donato. Grazie veramente di cuore Angela e Pablo 🩷

Superbe séjour chez pietro et tania !! Un grand merci pour leur accueil, leur générosité . Nous avons passés 11 jours chez eux , la maison était équipée à la perfection, tout est réuni pour de supers vacances , calme et paisible, et une très belle piscine, nous sommes ravis on recommande ++++

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass Diego uns persönlich begrüsst hat. Aber der Check-in ist flexibel, da es ein Schlüsselkästchen gibt. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und uns Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Der Ausblick der Wohnung ist spektakulär. Nach dem Baden im Meer haben wir auch den kühlen Freisitz hinter dem Haus genossen. Costa Paradiso verfügt über mehrere Strände. Es lässt sich zwischen den Felsen schnorcheln oder am feinen Sandstrand Li Cossi schön baden. Mit gutem Schuhwerk lässt man den Li Cossi hinter sich und wandert an der Küste entlang zum einsamen Kiesstrand Tinnari. Auch in der Hochsaison ist hier wenig los, da der Strand nur zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Ein Highlight der Umgebung ist der Strand Li Ferruli. 6 km feiner flachabfallendee Sandstrand. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da Costa Paradiso weitläufig ist und die Insel auch ausserhalb erkundet werden muss (Alghero, Agentiera, Monte Limbari, Capo Testa, Tempio Pausania…). Wundervoll!!!

This was our second stay in Gianella's lovely apartment. The location is amazing- it's a huge benefit to be such a short walk to La Pelosa and avoid the traffic and parking. Gianella is a wonderful host and super responsive. She even kindly allowed us to check out late. We will certainly be back again. In highly recommend picking up food in some of the great delicatessens in Stintino and having lunch or dinner in the apartment's outdoor area.

Fantastic location. The balcony offers beautiful views of two sides of the oceans and the mountain in the middle. Most peaceful place I have stayed. The balcony provided numerous opportunities to sun bath, relax in the shade, eat… we truly enjoyed this location. Apartment is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, snacks and necessary accommodations. The beaches are a short walk away. It was the perfect place to have a nice quiet relaxing vacation. The host was very friendly and maintained communication throughout our stay as necessary. I would definitely put this on my return list. Probably one of the best, most recharging vacation.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro war wirklich super! Jederzeit perfekte, freundliche Kommunikation und viele hilfreiche, nützliche Tips um in Alghero zurecht zu kommen. Die Apartments sind klasse! Genau die richtige Größe, super eingerichtet und tip-top sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist mega. Man ist mitten drin, kann die Stadt Abends zu Fuß erkunden und hat jede Menge Top-Restaurants vor der Tür. Und trotzdem ist es Nachts absolut still, wir haben geschlafen wie Babys… Wir können die Unterkunft und die beiden Hosts Alessandro und Vittoria absolut weiter empfehlen und würden selbst jederzeit wieder kommen!
