Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Alghero

Cristina was a great host, she gave us clear instructions for our check-in and recommended us some local restaurants. The house is very beautiful and located in a peaceful area, perfect for people who appreciate privacy and a rural vicinity. Beautiful beaches are close by and easy to access if you have car.

Claudia End Gregor's place was lovely. It was very homely and spotlessly clean and very peaceful, probably down to the time of year that we visited. The little things like various condiments and containers to use to go to the beach were very handy. We ate in every evening, due to the local produce being so fresh and nice and to just soak up the sunsets which were beautiful. Great place thank you

The house and the large garden are a real paradise! There are great places to relax, it is super quiet and the sunset is phenomenal. Very good amenities, there is really everything you need. We were even able to harvest some fruits and herbs from the garden. The contact with Annarita was excellent and always fast both before and during the trip. The proximity to Alghero and to many beautiful beaches, hikes and the coastal road is an absolute plus. We can only recommend a stay here and will definitely come back sometime.

Manuel was a great host , giving us good information on local stuff to see, would have done more of it if we had more time. Future guest should know that the succa market in Palmadula is very well stocked , but you might drive by it like we did because it’s behind the farmacia, and the sign is faded from the great amount of sun they get there. It was interesting to read and learn about the towns mining history, hopefully we can make it back in the future. Thanks again Manuel🙏🏼

Massimo welcomed us with a big smile, local wine and some delicious home-made Sardinian pastries. He was very flexible because we changed both the agreed check-in and check-out time more than once and this was no issue. The house was extremely clean. You stay in part of a 2-family house and he lives next door but respected our privacy at all times. The house is surrounded by a very well maintained garden with many beautiful flowers and lots of amenities for families with children. We slept very well because the neighbourhood is very quiet. The house is centrally located between many places to visit but you will need a car. Massimo was very forthcoming with suggestions for things to do in the area.

We had an amazing week staying at Barbara’s!! The accommodation was very comfortable and in a great location. There are lots of beaches within walking distance (including one literally across the road) and the lovely beach Maria pia which is only about 10 minutes walk away. We also walked into the old town most days, which is a lovely stroll along the seafront and only takes about 15 to 20 minutes. Barbara gave some great local restaurant recommendations which were much appreciated and all so close by. Would highly recommend a stay in Barbara’s place!! We hope to be back very soon. The only issue would be if someone had issues completing stairs from a mobility perspective as there is no lift.

Nicola did everything to make my stay in his apartment most comfortable. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were spotless clean, the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the last rays of sunshine sitting on the spacious balcony with a sea view and Capo Caccia. The street and neighbourhood are quiet and I was very happy and grateful to be able to use a bike so I could reach the historic town centre within 10 minutes. Supermarkets , the beach and the beautiful pine tree beach are within easy reach. When a problem occurred, Nicola responded immediately and helped. I only recommend 👌 Nicolas air bnb!

Gabriella’s place was one of my favourite places I have rented. The check in process was very easy and clear instructions were provided. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very well furnished. They even bought a park n play for our baby girl, which was so nice! And there was a high chair provided. The place really is 3 minutes walk from the Beach, which was great with a family. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. They were also so thoughtful and knowing it was our son’s birthday they bought him a gift, which was a beautiful surprise. Honestly, I wish we had stayed there even longer and I hope to come back one day. 100% recommend

The location in the heart of the old town is ideal for doing everything on foot and enjoying the liveliness of a seaside resort, while being in a quiet area. Whether you are a fan of old stones, tanning sessions on the many beaches of the region, good local restaurants at reasonable prices or walks, Alghero is really a city to discover!

Perfect stay! The welcome was warm from the first moment: the host was extremely helpful, attentive and ready to respond to every need or question. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean and cared for in every detail. Communication was quick and easy, and we really felt at home. Great location, walking distance to great restaurants, the waterfront and right in the centre of the old town. Really great communication, Mattia also super helpful organising a very early transport to the airport. Would have liked to have stayed longer here!

As soon as we arrived at Damiano's, we felt at home! Damiano was waiting for us and took the time to go around the accommodation with us. The place is beautiful Modern, well-equipped, comfortable and IMMACULATELY clean (word of a very selective girl in terms of cleanliness). We enjoyed the magnificent terrace with sea views every day for breakfasts and late afternoon aperitifs. All the equipment in the accommodation works perfectly (AC, electric blinds, TV, shower, etc.) For those wondering if the location is far from the historic center, it's really good on foot (beautiful 20-25 min walk by the sea). Every evening we took the car to get closer to the historic center (4 min max by car) and it was super easy to park nearby. One of our best Airbnb experiences, our only regret is not staying longer. We'll be back!

I highly recommend staying in Salvatore's apartment. The location is great and you can reach the historic center in a few minutes. The apartment is well-kept, modern and clean. The possibility of taking advantage of the indoor parking space is also great. I mean, I didn't find a flaw. 👏🏻

Ideal location for staying in Alghero, beautiful location in the old town. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance and a local bus which goes to all the really nice beaches close by. Would highly recommend! Hosts were great and responsive with any questions we had

Sparkling clean, great bed, functional kitchen, balcony in front and back and inventory has been thought of everything (even a beach umbrella). Quiet apartment building with friendly neighbors. The apartment is an excellent base to explore Alghero and its surroundings. Within walking distance of a beautiful beach and a boulevard that leads to the center of Alghero. Here you will find a cozy center with restaurants and shops. A visit to Fertilia (walk along the beach) and Bosa (reachable along a beautiful coastal route) are worth it or take a walk in Parc Rifugio di Mare with an unforgettable view of the sea. very nice apartment, clean at the end nothing to criticize , very complete with everything you need, only one thing to consider is located on a third floor 65 steps to climb and it is not explained in the main body of the description, with which I did not see it.. I found it later at the end of the page tour in the security sector of the building, climbing with suitcases with backpacks without an elevator is a little heavy or mention if you forgot something in the car

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment very well located in the historic center. This place is very clean and well-equipped, close to many restaurants and shops, but also to the seaside. Hosts are very responsive and have good advice. Recommended!!

Pierpaolo and Caterina were impeccable hosts: They met all our needs in a very short time. Super welcoming and hospitable, available for advice. The house is located about 20 minutes' walk away, for our needs it was ideal: far from the chaos but at the same time within walking distance without necessarily having to use the car. The apartment matched the description, there was everything you needed and lots of equipment (bed, games, books and dishes) for the child. Highly recommended.
