Historic Erasmus

The apartment is completed in June 2018 . The project wanted to enhance and rediscover all the historical parts of the apartment and give it value. We designed the spaces in order to have 2 separate rooms with their own bathrooms . The house is a movement of spaces , dimensions and materials . The room in the attic, accessible by a spiral staircase , enjoys the view of the port . From the hall the glimpse that crosses the Jewish quarter and captures a corner of the sea . Light is everywhere

The beachfront terrace

As you enter the apartment, the natural light fills the spaces but your gaze will be captured by the large beachfront terrace. Every moment becomes special here: a breakfast overlooking the sea, an aperitif at sunset, the sound of the waves in the background. The interior is cozy, spacious and well-kept, with a bright living room, equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. All this in front of one of the most characteristic beaches in Alghero, a 10-minute walk from the old town of Alghero.
