It has all the comforts of air conditioning, washing machine, WiFi... There is a reserved parking area available for guests in the condominium courtyard.

The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean plants that further enhance the breathtaking view of the Pelosa sea and Asinara island. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach.
