Holiday rentals with a patio in Albert Park Lake

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Great place in every sense…just go.

We love our 10days stay. Check in was easy, undercover parking. Angela was prompt to reply to queries. Friendly even offer to meet to give access cards. Separate place to do work was great. Will come back to stay if need to be close to MSAC.

Susie is a wonderful host, truly went above and beyond at check-in, was responsive and accommodating throughout my trip. Her hospitality is second to none! The place itself was a bit small, but enough space for a solo traveller like me, or for a couple. Bed was comfortable with lots of choice of pillows. Balcony has space for a coffee table and you would be able to enjoy some nice afternoons out there in nice weather. Kitchen has all the basic utensils you would need for cooking and is stocked with all the basic foods you could imagine! The apartment gets the morning sun, so it does get warm during the day, but evenings in the apartment are perfect, not too hot or cold. South Yarra is also a great area to stay, very close to public transport, supermarkets and restaurants. Overall a great stay and would recommend to solo travellers and couples.

Had such an amazing stay in this space! As soon as we arrived it felt like a home away from home - super cosy. All the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the air con/heating makes it easy to control the temp in the apartment. The kitchen is also really easy to navigate with plenty of fridge space and the shower may be one of the nicest I've had in a long time :) It's also surrounded by loads of really nice restaurants and cafes which are amazing value! (Highly recommend Cucinetta!) Also not a crazy long walk away from the beach/central Melbourne and has the royal botanical gardens next door. 10/10 reccomend!

Loved our stay at the apartment. Walkable to Chapel street, quiet and beautiful views. The place exceeded our expectations, we loved it for a weekend trip. It had everything we needed. Would stay again next time. Thanks to Susan

Sebastian is an extremely responsive and helpful host. The apartment is right in the heart of Prahran, just a few metres off Chapel St. It is close to shops, restaurants and nightclubs - there's a cute winebar just downstairs. The neighbours are friendly. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!

Andrew's place was great for a long weekend visit to Melbourne. Super handy location, only 7-8 mins walk to South Yarra train station and everything that you could possibly need inside the apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

We were pleased to stay local to where family and friends live in South Yarra. Lovely to be close to gardens and long walks along the Yarra River.

Location & Comfort! If you are looking for a cosy place to relax that is close to great eateries, shopping & public transport then Paula’s place is just perfect. We stayed here for 2 nights & wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Comfy beds & couch, well equipped kitchen & beautiful big bathroom. Found a car park quite easily near the house on arrival & didn’t use the car again until we departed as everything was in walking distance. Paula was a great host - responsive, welcoming & helpful.

We stayed at Kerin’s beautiful home for a multi generational family celebration and it was superb!! The house has everything you need for multiple guests - beds were all comfortable, linen was gorgeous, heaps of glassware, crockery & platters etc. We loved the massive antique dining table, lamps everywhere for a dreamy cosy vibe, and two different lounge areas plus a great outdoor area meant we never felt crowded despite our numbers. The parking permits were so helpful for us as were the miki cards for public transport. Our host Kerin was kind, accommodative and very thoughtful. Location was also amazing for city, St Kilda, Chapel St, MCG and an easy drive to airport. We would highly recommend Kerin and this home for any trip to Melbourne - you will be made to feel so welcome at every turn.

House is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the host. My child left behind a motion sensor light under the pillow and we managed to retrieve it by texting host on communication channel. He even went to meet us to pass it back to us several days later.Thank you so much! ◡̈

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Beautiful spacious apartment; was perfect for our young family of four. Conveniently located next to the high street with all the shops and restaurants we needed. Graham was also friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place to stay. Close to the MCG and within walking distance to many fine restaurants. The balcony and the view were my favourite. The accommodation was very clean and tidy. I would certainly stay here again.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

We absolutely loved our stay. Jodie & Ella were great at communicating from the time we booked the place. The location was great, the apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The hosts were so lovely and accomodating. During our stay the lift was not working however the hosts went above and beyond in ensuring everything went smoothly for us. I could not recommend a better place if you’re looking to stay in St Kilda. One of the best getaways I’ve had so far.
