Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Albert Park

We had a great stay at Alan’s place. Great location, very quiet, clean and comfy beds. Alan was great to communicate with and very responsive. Lots of tram options and close to South Melbourne Market, Albert Park Village, etc. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

What an incredible location and house for our wedding weekend. Ted and Min were lovely to communicate with and helpful whenever we needed them. Gorgeous property!

It was a home away from home. We grew to love the place with the natural lighting, heated floors, piano/keyboard and the deli round the corner. Raymond was also excellent in responding to our queries.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mister Montague. The property itself is beautifully renovated, and has been furnished and equipped to a high standard. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which has pretty much everything you could possibly need, making it very much a home away from home. Kim herself was a great host - responsive to questions and very thoughtful and generous about accommodating the needs of our young family. The location is very convenient for South Melbourne Market and just a short tram ride away from Melbourne’s main attractions. We would definitely love to stay here again!

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Fantastic place all around. it was spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photos. Location was great, almost felt like it was in the middle of nowhere with the views and distance between neighbours. The sauna was a hit - instructions were easy to follow and a great way to relax. Jay was very responsive whenever I had a question and amenities were as listed. It was overall a fantastic experience for our group!

It was an absolute pleasure to be hosted by Melanie at her gorgeous home! We had a brilliant stay and loved the neighbourhood. It was close enough to walk into town and to local pubs, cafes etc. The home was immaculate and luxurious with lots of exotic touches. We really appreciated the extras that Melanie provided, i.e. quality bathroom products, and a well set up kitchen. Also Melanie owns an amazing restaurant, Grain Store in Flinders Lane, which we visited twice during our stay.. highly recommended! We loved our visit and will be back!

Convenient location, easy access into the apartment via the street. 2 bathrooms made life very easy in the morning getting ready with the family. Overall very pleased with the accomodation and will likely book here again. Thank you.

Kylie has a beautiful apartment which is just far away enough from all the hustle and bustle of the melb cbd but close enough to get to all the places you need, it's easily walkable to the city or even a quick tram away. The apartment itself had a very home like feel and the best part is that there is car parking. We felt right at home and would definitely recommend staying here!

Kate’s property in St. Kilda is in a beautiful location, close to Tram stops, beaches, restaurants and much more. The apartment itself was well kept and had everything needed for a couple or solo traveller. I would greatly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne and its surroundings

Siobhan’s place is a fantastic place to stay while visiting Melbourne! We stayed with our young kids and absolutely loved it! Location is perfect, so many restaurants walking distance. Outdoor area at the Airbnb is great, very clean and wonderful host, thanks Siobhan!

We loved Jeff & Melinda’s apartment- incredible view, lovely space to be in, very clean, welcoming touches (toys and books for our 2 young girls, bottle of wine for us) . The location was perfect to jump on a tram into the city or simply walk towards south Melbourne or Toorak. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

Catherine was very helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the booking, check in and check out process. The place was amazing and in such a great location in St Kilda. The added touch of putting the fire on for us on arrival, on a cold evening, was very thoughtful. We had a great time in St Kilda and Melbourne, using Catherine's place as a hub made it all the more special. I cannot forget to mention the great recommendations for cafes, bars and restaurants locally that are now on our 'must go back to' list.

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Ace's place was very enjoyable to stay in for us when we went to Melbourne. Being on the 63rd floor, the view was amazing, and you could not really hear much of the city noises. The amenities of this building were more than enough. We had access to two pools, a gym, and various other amenities that can be accessed through a different booking (e.g. Virtual golf, Library, Karaoke and Mahjong). The location of this place was superb, being right in the middle of the city and having multiple modes of transport right outside the building. Shopping and restaurants were common in the area too. There was a little hiccup during the booking of Ace's place due to some listing errors, but it was generally easy to communicate with him, and we solved the issue pretty fast. One downside is that some extra funds are required if you would like to check in early/late, or if you would like to leave your suitcase within the building. Overall, an amazing stay and would definitely stay again!

We had such a nice stay at Ros and Andrew’s place. The apartment is great, very well equipped and quiet. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk from cafes and restaurants. Ros and Andrew are excellent hosts.
