La ristrutturazione (2021) ha cercato di recuperare lo spirito di una antica casa ligure, l'arredo è curato nei minimi particolari mediante l'attento restauro di mobili d'epoca, appartenenti alla famiglia da molto tempo. Le finestre si affacciano su un tipico vicolo e sui tetti, ma l'accesso alla spiaggia è davvero immediato, basta girare l'angolo..
