Nice place with a friendly, responsive host. Great location in a small, quiet complex. I appreciated the off-street parking and dedicated parking spot. Michael was very friendly and responsive. The unit has all the basics but does show its age.

What a delightful place to stay! The yard is like a mini botanical garden, so pretty and calm. The backhouse looks new, and everything is high quality. I would love to stay here again!

They have thought of everything you would need Highly recommend them to anyone We have spent more than $1000 in hotel suites not as nice as this one Please go visit. Enjoy the Koi fish pond. Loved my stay with Jessica! The description and pictures were a great representation of what the actual space looked and felt like. Jessica was super responsive to all of my needs and very polite. The private, secured parking space was a crucial thing to have to give me peace of mind that my car was safe and secure all day and night. Loved the vibe of the unit too! Very comfortable and homey feeling space that provided everything I needed and more during my stay! Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Downtown Oakland or broader Bay Area.

This place is great and the location was perfect. It was totally quiet but still had access to retail and restaurants.

Absolutely wonderful stay -- I loved the big, open spaciousness of the unit (and so did my dog!). I appreciated all of the amenities of both the complex, and of the apartment itself (peloton, fully stocked kitchen, loved being able to use the vitamix!). One thing to note is that this unit is above a small brewery and the complex's small dog park -- so you'll hear folks chatting and dogs barking at various times during the day and evening. As a solo traveler, this didn't bother me as I like knowing people are around :) There was plenty of easy parking, and I loved being walking distance from the Alameda Seaplane Ferry -- it was so fun and convenient taking that into the city, straight to the Ferry Building!! Any time I need housing again in the Bay Area, I hope to be able to stay here, and will recommend it to all out of town family and friends!

A beautiful, sunny loft space with cozy furnishings and really well-thought-out floorplan of space that really exceeded my expectations. The unit is behind/on the side of three lovely Victorian homes all by the same owner/couple. Tim and Lisa were so accommodating and very quick to respond and communicate with me. They had set up a couple of things for me before I got in that I expressed would be nice for my stay. The property is quiet and the neighbors and quite nice and helpful. This renovated loft unit has a large kitchen, a gorgeous deck off the back, a completely open floorplan with skylights (bedroom with blackout curtains/window up top and everything else down), and beautiful foliage with large picture windows and a sliding door to the courtyard. The unit is bigger than it appears in the photos and was more than enough for 2 adults. The kitchen is well stocked and I loved the interesting artwork and antique-feeling clawfoot bathtub! Wifi was strong and overall the place had a ton of storage space - this was great for a month's stay. Thanks again, Tim and Lisa!

Derek was an amazing host that hosted a beautiful loft. He allowed me to drop off my luggage early and was flexible with the checkout and any other quirks that came up during my stay. If you need a place to work and feel at home this was a place to be.
