Townhome holiday rentals in Alameda County

Our family stayed here. It was exactly where we needed to be and what we needed. We had trouble with the electronic lock, but Mark had clear backup instructions that worked great and we did not have to ask for help. What some other reviewers have said may be accurate, but this rental worked out great for my family. Mark did get back to me right away whenever we contacted him. Thank you for having this rental where my family needed to be.

This was the second time we stayed at Christy and Oscar’s beautiful casita. It is a beautiful oasis - immaculately clean, every amenity provided, beautifully decorated. We have had many hosts but no one has surpassed the wonderful care and friendly, responsive hospitality here. Mountain House is growing and it’s nice not to have to go into Tracy for groceries, restaurants, etc. I’m going to stop my glowing review here or there will never be openings again. Thank you for a great experience, Christy and Oscar. We hope to visit again!

Had a lovely stay! Perfect for our small family. Felt like home, great neighborhood, easy street parking, home is comfortable and well stocked / equipped. Highly recommend!

Thomas and his family went out of their way to make us feel welcome, were responsive, and helped us with an airline-delayed suitcase delivery. The home itself is peaceful, clean, and a great place to spend a few days in comfort. The cute kittens in the yard were an extra fun bonus!

We had an excellent stay at Kate & JP’s house. We stayed for 1 month as we transitioned from NY to Alameda. They made sure we had everything that we needed and the house was perfect. Fantastic hosts.

I enjoyed my stay at Yong's place. Great place for big groups. Living room space is right next to the kitchen, so it's not too spacious, but it was a cozy place. Plenty of parking inside driveway and out on the streets. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to 10-12 people group sizes.

Our stay at West Oakland was very good, we loved the airbnb. The house is clean and very spacious, moreover, it is very close to the BART station which made our journey in San Francisco very accesible. We enjoyed staying at Williams house and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends. Had an issue extending my trip. Mia was very understanding and patient while I sorted it out with Airbnb.

I could not stay at the property due to personal reasons and Mojtaba was excellent in accommodating my request to leave earlier. I really appreciated their promptness in addressing my request. Very generous! Thank you!

Anne's loft was a great home base for my very busy weekend in the Bay Area. My second-floor room and all the common areas were comfortable, stylish, and beautifully clean. Anne is a star host who is very responsive and easy to talk to. The loft is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a Little Free Library right out front. It's within walking distance of Cafe Buenos Aires and a park where I heard and saw four different songbird species. I would definitely stay here again. :)

The host was super responsive - we would get responses within minutes. We enjoyed our stay there. Would have stayed longer if it was not booked. This 2-story townhouse is very close to highways, shopping centers, and restaurants. Highly recommend without any reservations.

Brian is a great host! Room is well-equipped and everything else is nice and clean. Close to bus stops. Definitely would recommend if you are traveling alone for work or trip.

Katherine is a very kind host and always respond quickly when we have a problem. The town house is equipped in high quality level. It is an unforgettable experience to stay in Katherine’s house with 6 weeks. Looking forward to coming back in someday!

Good place to stay as a group for a conference

My sister and I had a wonderful and easy time here. Rennan made us feel welcome and his family is the sweetest. He helped us to find parking and always offered to help whenever we needed it. The location is beautiful and a perfect place to go for a walk, and is close to SFO. The room was cozy and clean. We had a great time here and would love to come back one day. Thanks Rennan!

Conviene and quiet neighborhood, super clean place and a restroom for the guest. The sofa bed is not big but very comfortable and clean. Easy check in. Overall very good experience!

Overall, I have great things to say about this place. We stayed for a little over two months and throughout our stay Mony was always responsive. The neighborhood was safe and the home was nice. We requested to extend our stay a couple times on short notice and Mony was able to accommodate. It is nice and spacious inside as well. I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance. Mony will provide nice local recommendations as well 👍
