Lisa was great at communicating with me and answered all my questions. The location was peaceful and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was nicely decorated and very clean. There was everything that I needed for a nice, relaxing weekend. The area was very close to restaurants and grocery stores, which was very convenient! Overall had I had a great stay and enjoyed the location. It’s a great place to be when visiting the Bay Area.

Fernando is just a kind and polite person. I recommend everyone to stay here . I was so much worried about my daughter and Indian cooking but he is very flexible and accommodative that we feel like home. He is fond of antics and have a lot of collection of them along with lamps so little bit seems like lot of stuff . He kept linens, kitchen and bathroom clean. I will surely stay with him again.

The space, neighborhood, and host are all great. All questions and requests were quickly responded to, and everything about the place was intuitive and comfortable. Lots of great cooking gear so I didn't have to Doordash meals all week. Thanks, May!

Our stay in this premium apartment with three young children was truly memorable. A dedicated parking space was a significant plus in Oakland. Beyond that convenience, the apartment felt like a resort, boasting a full suite of amenities including a pool and game room. The interior was equally impressive, offering a soothing ambiance thanks to the surrounding trees. The unique duplex layout, featuring a double-height living room and bedroom, was a highlight(truly unique to me). To top it off, the loft's piano brought unexpected excitement to our kids.

I was impressed by Phuong's responsiveness and friendliness! The house had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and air conditioning that kept us more than comfortable in 104'F weather. Very likely to stay again!

We loved staying at Corria's place. It’s a quiet ground-floor unit at the rear of a multi-unit property. The backyard is beautifully lined with rosebushes and overlooks the water, perfect for relaxing lunches (patio furniture available). It’s a quick drive to Park St & Webster St restaurants, Safeway, and the ferry - I commuted to SF by ferry 2 separate days, and it was beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and there’s plenty of bedroom storage - we fully unpacked for our 1-week stay. I worked remotely from the dining table all week, and the wifi worked great. Corria was responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly helping with a couple of small needs. Some notes: - One bedroom has lower ceilings - better for kids or shorter folks. - Not wheelchair accessible: uphill driveway, then stone steps down to the unit (well lit at night). - There’s an old dock out back - it’s a bit rickety, so be cautious and watch kids. All in all, great location & highly recommended!

Jonathan’s Place was a wonderful vacation home! We felt relaxed and had a great time spending the weekend with our family and friends. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather, cook meals, and get ready for our outdoor adventures. Being right on the water was a fantastic bonus. Jonathan was a gracious host and kindly offered to rent his pontoon boat—although we ended up not needing it since we took day trips, we really appreciated the gesture. We did enjoy using the paddle board and the foosball table, which added to the fun. The kitchen was stocked well enough for preparing basic meals, and it was easy to find nearby shops. We also ordered takeout one night, which worked out perfectly. Overall, it was a great stay—we’d definitely recommend it!

This house was perfect for Memorial Day Weekend. Lots of space, a huge deck, and lots of sleeping space. The open floor plan was so nice! We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Kim's place perfectly fit are needs! Lots of room to spread out., we hosted a small group of family to organize for a celebration of life from the mother. Everything was very serein and peaceful. Kitchen was extremely well equipped!! Outdoor space magical!! We would love to book again.
