From the time we arrived till we left, everyone at the Hotel were very accommodating! What i love the most were the privacy and quiet rooms. Great stay!!! We will come back.

We were so pleased with our accommodations at Club Donatello. The beds were super comfortable with awesome sheets. It was very quiet, day and night, and the entire room - the entire hotel, actually - was immaculate. Although Covid restrictions meant no coffee was being served on the club level, it was unexpectedly lovely up there with a large wrap-around terrace. Meimei was extremely responsive and helpful. I have already recommended this airbnb to friends and definitely plan to be back.

Exactly as advertised and great value. Randi reached out before my trip and was easy to get a hold of in case I needed anything, but it wasn’t necessary!

This place is very quaint and also in a good central location to get buses and food. We enjoyed the responsiveness of the host since we had some issues with our toilet flushing, and the cleaning staff was also very nice. They also provided a good amount of amenities that made things easier, like soap and plastic forks, even water in the room and the lobby. I would recommend people to stay here. The room is definitely older, but we had a pleasant stay.

The location and accommodations were just what our family needed. We were so comfortable, had plenty of space and were walking distance to so many attractions. The views of the city from the deck are beautiful! The hotel itself is a little rundown and the room could use some updates, but the price felt fair for what we got and we had a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay again!

This is for a room at the WorldMark hotel, which is a timeshare, but there was no hard pitch from the employees. Clean space with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink, plus plates, bowls, silverware, and napkins. Very close to Union Square and lots of restaurants, and less than a mile walk to Salesforce Millennium Tower (which is why I booked it). Internet is extra ($5 for two devices for a day, and multi-day offers). Sanford was responsive and helpful. I would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Clean room with plush towels and hot water. Very comfortable bed. Water, tea and coffee easily assessable in lobby. Fun little neighborhood

This was a perfect place to be near the airport for an early flight. They offer airport shuttles, which we didn’t need, but good to know for the future. Breakfast set up was extensive and yummy. Coffee and tea available during outside breakfast hours. Easy check in. Parking is $10 per day but for SF that isn’t bad.

I lucked out finding this listing when I did! Wanted to stay the night in the city after the GN tour (Kendrick Lamar & Sza) and hotels were either full or too much. Decided to try airbnb for the first time and was surprised to find a listing for this room. I'd heard Hotel Fiona renovated awhile ago but living so close to the city, I don't usually think about getting a hotel for a staycation or anything. Glad I was able to check it out. Rooms are really nice and clean. Don't have to worry about dirty feet from gross, dirty carpets- bare floors 👏🏽 Front desk guy was nice and friendly, as was the girl who was on shift around 11pm Thursday after the concert. Definitely recommend booking this listing.

Had a lovely stay in the Grand Bay Hotel. The area is beautiful and the amenities are great. A welcome break from the hustle and bustle.

A great spot to settle down and regroup after a night on the town. If you don't mind walking, it's pretty close to most tourist spots. The clerks here were also very helpful with my questions, recommendations around the city, and overall had a wonderful attitude.

Came out to Fremont and I stumbled across this place and give it a try . Fiancé loved the fireplace and how this place is described as is . Strongly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return! The room was pristine and exactly how it was advertised, the gym was also very clean and useful, the pool was very nice, and the staff was very helpful as well! Would recommend this to everyone!

Room matches the description and was much larger than I thought it would be! No hidden fees like the rest of San Fran were charging me and parking cost were reasonable. Kalven was very reassuring and helped guide me through the process of booking his place. Thank you for a lovely stay mate, appreciate it!

Our hotel room was like an oasis in a very unique environment! And everybody was incredibly nice and the host was very responsive. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for an overnight for a concert at the Masonic. Easy parking at a city garage around the corner and very pleasant hotel-like check in and out at the front desk. Very convenient location on Nob Hill, and cable car access to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place, close to everything in Uptown.

This place is close to so many things within the SF area. They are all accessible via public transit, especially with the bus going down Van Ness which is very convenient. The staff at the desk are nice and the hosts are very responsive to your needs. The room and bathroom was very clean. I will say, if you're a light sleeper, this might not be for you. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear your upstairs tenant, the heater thing does make the occasional clanking noise from time to time. Other than that, it was a great stay!

We loved the Broadmoor Hotel! It was just "funky" enough, but still met my standards for cleanliness. The hotel staff were so nice, we got fresh towels every day, and there was always someone at the desk to answer any questions we had. It's very eclectic, which we like. There are still some active older people who live there and all that we spoke with loved it. The free breakfast was a huge benefit. The food was good and the servers were very attentive and friendly. We did not need to communicate with Larkin because she had anticipated everything we would need. There was even a bottle of wine waiting for us! If you want new and fancy, it might not be for you, but if you want clean, friendly, and priced right, it's perfect. Thanks, Larkin!

Had an issue checking in and the reservation wasn’t showing in their system. Took a bit to get in touch with the host, but was able to get everything sorted out in the end. Very nice hotel and staff were very helpful.

I had such an amazing stay I wish I could’ve stayed longer!!!
