I stayed in this apartment and it was a special experience by all standards! The apartment is very clean, tidy, and has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay, just like you are at home. The staff are very respectful and cooperative, quick to respond to requests in a sophisticated and professional manner. I would like to thank the employee Mehyar, who was extremely cooperative, always smiling, and helped me professionally and tactfully. His presence added a distinctive character to my experience, and he was keen on my comfort from the moment of arrival until departure. The location is ideal, as everything you need is close to you; restaurants, shops, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here, and it will definitely be my first choice on my next visit to Dubai.

This apartment was perfect and exactly as described by Ahmad. It felt home. We stayed for 8 nights and apartment has everything you need. Nearest metro is business bay and it’s arround 2.5 KM. You can see Bay Area as well as Burj Khalifa from balcony. Ahmad is very good host and always responsive.

Beautiful and excellent location for those who want going to the beach. Right in front, with umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, etc. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and with everything you may need. The view from the balcony is so beautiful and relaxing. We will be back with no doubt!!

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Beautiful and clean apartment in the heart of Downtown

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!
