Apartment holiday rentals in Al Barsha

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Was a great place, the apartment looked exactly like the pictures , communication was very clear and we had a lovely time. As the apartment is in Dubai hills, it’s very accessible and close to many amenities, restaurants, as well as the close proximity to the city. I had a lovely time and thank you Yasir!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.

Great spot within the Golf resort. Easy access to everything. Golf buggy hire is a 7 min walk and will connect you easily to the wider resort. Close to airport and city centre. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay, very close to everything and a well equipped studio. Bed extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the sun!

The place was great and Ali was very responsive, excellent location near the canal and Dubai mall. The Apartment is a building with great facilities.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine chez Alisa et John. Ils ont été d’agréables hôtes. La vue de l’appartement sur le centre-ville est super. Le métro est à 15 minutes à pied. Il y a plusieurs commerces aux alentours. Il y a une chambre de bain à même la chambre. Une belle piscine sur le toit nous permet de nous détendre après une longue journée de visites. Je recommanderais sûrement cet endroit à mes amis.

I stayed at Nadeem’s place for 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience overall. The apartment is located at a very nice and main location in JBR residences area which is just 5 mins away from JBR beach and bla bla club. The nearest tram station is quite close as well which made commute easy. There are lots of supermarkets around the apartment to help you with any required items. The view from balcony is breathtaking and scenic. Nadeem was very responsive throughout the stay and helped with multiple queries before arriving as well. Overall - 8/10 ⭐️

Wikki was a great host and the apartment was much more than I hoped it would be. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso machine and the huge TV with Airplay. I had coffee at dawn each day on the patio. With the small supermarket downstairs stocking everything I needed, I cooked every day for the entire week. The building is new and impeccably well maintained. The pool and outdoor space are lovely, and the gym is nicely equipped and never crowded. Would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights at Rajnish’s place. We were a family of 5 adults and 1 kid and everyone enjoyed. The views from this appartment (and its 3 balconies) are super amazing. Upon googling I found that this building is the 3rd tallest building in Dubai. The appartment is located on 82nd floor. Rajnish was kind to give us an early checkin at 12:30 pm. Appartment has two extra foldable beds which one can use. Rooms are very spacious and were clean. Bed was comfortable. You get a fast internet. Checkin was smooth. Dubai Marina is a great neighbourhood to stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely amazing. It took us some time to find a nice place to stay, and this one truly exceeded our expectations. As described, it was clean and had stunning views of the Burj Khalifa. The location was very convenient, just a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We also kindly requested airport pick-up and drop-off, which they arranged through a third party. Additionally, they surprised us with some very delicious chocolates, which was a lovely gesture. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and our kids had a great time at the small playground, making some new friends. We also found very friendly neighbors, which added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described if not better. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, yet conveniently located near local restaurants, markets, and public transport. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the little touches that made the stay feel special from fresh towels and toiletries to helpful local recommendations.

Sadika is a great person. Had wonderful time in her apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Had all we need there and really felt like home. She is always available at any time of the day or night, ready to help if you need something. Will come back again for sure. Great person and wonderful place to stay.

Kiran was a responsive host and the place matched all the descriptions. The place is well located and quite central. It had also all the amenities needed.

2 adults and 1 child and we had more than enough space! Spotless, clean and a beautiful sea view which we enjoyed during the day and evening. 2 great size bedrooms and bathrooms and a n ample size kitchen which we used for breakfast and some lunches. The communal pool was pretty and there was also a well equipped shared gym. Spinney’s supermarket nearby and a minute walk to the harbour with delicious restaurants by the waterfront. My friend and I had the best time and we will definitely visit again. It’s slightly out of the ‘centre’ of Dubai but we enjoyed being out of the craziness of it all. Plus, taxi’s are cheap and plentiful so we jumped in one when visiting some of Dubai’s sights. Jay was an excellent host and communication was seamless and easy. Thank you!
