A beautiful, quiet and beautifully furnished neighborhood, from whose terrace you have a magnificent view over Chiavari and the sea. Alessandro is a very accommodating and friendly host. Leivi is a nice place from which you can reach 20 minutes by car to Chiavari. By train you can wonderfully reach the Cinque Terre and many other beautiful destinations in Liguria from there. Absolute recommendation if you don't shy away from the journey to the neighborhood. The view of the sea makes up for it a thousand times! ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this unique home. Never stayed in a castle before...and it was awesome! It is full of history and charm, with a family feel. We spent a good amount of time out on the stone deck enjoying wine and the great views. We also enjoyed simply walking around the inside and looking at the old paintings and decorations. It is great when an Airbnb goes beyond being just a place to sleep and instead becomes a big part of the overall travel experience. The castle is modernized in the important ways, but the host does go out of his way to portray it accurately in the full description. Also, it is a bit outside of town and so it may be best to have a vehicle during your visit. The host was extremely responsive when I had a couple of questions, and the arrival/check in process was made easy with an in-person meeting when we arrived. We also had an amazing dinner at the restaurant they recommended. Overall, this was an exceptional Airbnb and I would highly recommend it.

Filippo is a very kind and welcoming person! We had a great time in this apartment, which makes it easy to reach the sea by bike along the river in about 20 minutes.

We were guests in the apartment for 6 nights with our two children aged 9 and 6 and we had a very good time. The apartment is functional, with new appliances, utensils and dishes. The garden and swimming pool are very nice, quiet and enjoy a beautiful view. Francesca is very nice and helpful. The location is convenient for reaching Chiavari, Sestri and Rapallo. Highly recommended!
