In the kitchen area, there is a fridge, freezer, stove, oven and dishwasher. Toilet/shower room with washing machine. Entrance with stairs to the sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft, which is 16 sqm and with a ceiling height of 110 cm, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Towards the sea, 20 sqm wooden deck with awning, electric grill and seating for 10 people. 8 sqm storage.

The cottage is located by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. The accommodation is in very good condition and is located within a private residential plot. The cottage has a kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and sink. Various kitchen utensils and coffee makers. Next to it is the living room with TV, as well as sofa bed (2 seats). Bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. Sleeping loft with double bed. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Nearby is the famous Åhusbryggan, Restaurant and hotel with spa "Åhus Seaside"

Our Attefalshus is located in a family-friendly villa area close to the forest and at bike distance to the chalk-white sandy beaches that Åhus is famous for. There are good transport links to grocery stores, the city centre and Kristianstad. You can take a bike or a nice walk to Åhus harbour. The house offers all amenities such as fully equipped kitchen and household utensils, AC, floor heating, washing machine, Wifi etc. Should you miss anything in the house you can always knock on our door which is your nearest neighbor.

Finns plats för ytterligare ett barn eller ungdom på övre plan. Ej lämpligt för småbarn pga brant trappa. Gångavstånd till stranden samt centrum/hamnen med butiker och restauranger.

Gästhuset är utrustat med komplett kök och rymligt badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin med integrerad torktumlare. Vardagsrum med tv, bäddsoffa 140cm och säng med plats för två personer.

Please note that this home has access to the toilet and sink and a small fridge, but there is no access to shower/hot water or kitchen. If you are more than 2 people, there is the possibility of renting an additional guest house (without a toilet) on the property on the property, right next to the other cabin.
