The little house in the Pomona Valley

Relax with family at this peaceful home with large wooden deck where the sun reaches from morning till night. The plot is fenced so you can have your dog on your holiday. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove and microwave and in the bathroom there is in addition to the toilet and sink also a bathtub. By bike or on foot you reach Sweden's most beautiful beach in Knäbäckshusen in 10 minutes and in the village there is the French crêperie and Mandelman's gardens. The beds are located in a sleeping loft that is reached by stairs.

Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the smaller one on the left. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a sleeping loft (double bed, but adults cannot stand up). Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Stuga i Juleboda/ Österlen intill Maglehem & hav

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Please note that during the summer of 2025 we rent out full weeks (change on Sundays) during the period: July 20th - August 17th A guest house built in 2020 just 250m from the wonderful beach. The 32m² is wisely planned and sleeps two bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine. The morning and morning sun lights up the 35m² wooden deck.

Our guesthouse i 50 kvm and in very good shape. Kitchen/bedrooms/tvlounge in the same big room. It is 3,5 km to the city Ystad! And the beach is 25 meters from our house. We also have a terrace you can use. Just a 10 min drive from us is Abbekås golfbana. The railway is close to the house and can be disturbing. Notice that towels and sheets are NOT included.
