This fantastic villa is located in the hillside in a National Park, in Costa Calida - 7 minutes walk down to to the fantastic beaches It has an amazing view overlooking the beaches, the town, the mountains and the sea. The Villa has everything you could ask with 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, swimming, pool, terraces , outside & indoor kitchens, boule court, laundry++ Supermarkets and plenty of bars and restaurants are close by -or in Puerto de Mazarron 10 min away. Beautiful house by the sea

The idyllic place to enjoy a great seaside vacation. ATTENTION! Just started a construction of three houses on the land next door. That's why I make a big discount! It's still a delight to enjoy those wonderful beaches. And then a delicious swim in the pool without leaving home. 5 km from San Juan de los Terreros with all kinds of distractions and restaurants, 30 minutes from the beautiful Andalusian village of Mojácar, and 40 from the natural reserve of Cape Gata
