Lovely stay here for 5 days. The place was spotless and a comfy bed, private garden with loungers and outside seating and right next to the communal pool. Loads to do nearby especially if you rent a car. Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días, muy cerca de la playa. Estaba todo muy limpio y el anfitrión ha sido muy amable.

En primer lugar, Rocio la anfitriona, es una persona encantadora y muy pendiente de que sus huéspedes se encuentren agusto. Ha sido un placer conocerla y la atención que nos ha prestado en todo momento. Y en segundo lugar, su casa es una maravilla, venimos encantados de haber disfrutado estos días allí. Casa muy completa, camas comodisimas, sabanas y toallas de calidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Sus dos terrazas son un gusto, así como la paz y tranquilidad que se respira en las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio, y lo mejor las vistas al mar y ver amanecer, sin palabras!! Sin duda alguna la estancia en casa de Rocio como el trato con ella han sido inmejorables, muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!!!

el alojamiento es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. la piscina está perfecta para el baño ya a primeros de junio. el alojamiento está limpio y ordenado y en muy buenas condiciones. Muy recomendable.

J'ai séjourné 5 semaines en mai dans l'appartement de Salvador et ça correspondant en tous points à ce que je recherchais pour profiter du cadre et travailler en même temps. Un vrai petit coin de paradis pour venir profiter en vacances ou en week-end, et idéal aussi pour les digital nomades. L'appartement est plus grand qu'il en a l'air sur les photos, piscine magnifique dans la résidence, plages et bars/restaurants à pied en 5 mins, parking sécurisé en sous-sol, ascenseur, calme en cette période. Allez-y les yeux fermés! J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, un vrai coup de cœur pour le lieu et la région.

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. We would like to come back, we like our stay a lot ❤️ Thank you for everything 🍀

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Carmen es una anfitriona encantadora, siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El día de la entrada nos retrasamos bastante, no obstante estuvo pendiente de nosotros hasta las 2 de la madrugada para abrir la puerta del garaje. Una experiencia muy agradable! Excelente!

Thank you Chloe for our stay in your lovely apartment. Everything was perfect. The home is tastefully furnished and feels cared for. There is everything needed for your stay and the quality of all items is very good. The bed is very comfortable with good quality mattress, pillows and bedding. The rest of the beds are the same standard although we did not use them. The indoor and outdoor furniture is also of good quality and well cared for. The outdoor terraces are private and have lovely touches. The large terrace is a lovely area to enjoy time together and al fresco meals and is a calm and restful space. The large garden and pool are only a few metres away and add to this great home. Chloe told us all we needed to know before our arrival and access to the complex and the home was straightforward and without any issues. The complex is safe and very well maintained and family friendly and has everything needed for a great stay. We would recommend Chloe’s lovely home without hesitation.

We stayed for 11 nights. This place is the most equipped accommodation I have encountered. Everything needed was available in the house. The views from the balcony are brilliant. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Bernt was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again in this place.

AJ est réactif et clair , son appartement équipé et bien arrangé, contribue beaucoup a la qualité de mon séjours sportif. bien situé car vous pouvez faire les courses, les restaurants et la plage à pied !

A Maria é muito profissional, agradável e simpatica. Demonstrou preocupação com o nosso bem estar até ao fim da estadia. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo e de acordo com o que está publicitado. Recomendo este apartamento, tencionamos voltar.

A wonderful apartment in a safe gated complex. Miguel’s videos were very helpful in finding the parking spot, which is a short walk to the lift then the front door. There are no steps from unloading the car to being inside the apartment. As others say, the terrace view is breathtaking and a very beautiful place to be in the mornings watching the sunrise and having breakfast outside. Inside - exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. The dual rain/handheld shower in the ensuite gives a luxury shower experience. There is no air-con in the second bedroom, although there is a fan provided. The only minor issues we had - the tennis court was locked one day we wanted to use it and the concierge was not there at the time we went to book; the lift had an issue (the doors didn’t close properly) but after speaking with the concierge it was fixed later the same day. Miguel was there to answer any questions when we needed, and it was a pleasure to look after his apartment and we hope to return soon

We had a minor issue when we arrived but this was very quickly sorted. The apartment was very comfortable and the outside space was perfect for us.

Rosa was a great host and the accommodation was excellent, the view from the balcony was amazing. Mojacar itself is a fantastic town with great bars and restaurants. Garrucha which is a 30 minute walk and is a town full of great tapas bars. To sum it up Mojacar is a great place to have a holiday.

La casa estaba limpia, ordenada y con todo lo necesario. El trato por parte de Paola como del hombre que nos dio las llaves ha sido bueno. La urbanizacion está muy bien, con zonas verdes y varias piscinas. Cerca de la playa.

Stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful apartment. We've stayed in the immediate area six times previously because we have friends here and love Puerto de Mazarron and the local areas and this is by far the best spartment we've stayed in here. The place was spotlessly clean and smelt fresh on arrival. The sun terrace is an added bonus and the pool area is lovely with a nice beach about 200 metres away. Car park space below the apartment block is also a bonus although we tended to park our car up on the road a bit which was safe and quiet. Overall, we would come back.and stay again here as a firet choice. Maria and Amaury were great hosts and very quick to respond when we had some questions on day one. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful holiday.

Apartamento en buen sitio tranquilo buena piscina todo bien

Abbiamo soggiorna durante giornate molto calde e ventose. Abbiamo goduto dei ventilatori super moderni senza neanche accendere il clima, che comunque è efficiente e proporzionato alle dimensioni dell'appartamento. Abbiamo apprezzato avere 2 bagni e la smart tv. Letti confortevoli. Abbiamo mangiato sul balcone al tramonto. Molto bello. Ed infine abbiamo goduto la piscina quando il mare era mosso. Infine siamo andati a Monsul in poco più di un ora. Posto particolarissimo, ne è valsa la pena. Siamo stati proprio bene!
