Monthly Rentals in Agkathia

I had a very relaxing time with Eric. He picked me up at the central square in the village, showed me many good restaurants and mini markets on a tour through the village! He takes care of his guests in a touching way and is always approachable and available! I felt very comfortable in the very sweet cottage from the first minute!

The cottage has a rustic feel with all the modern conveniences. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A simply perfect place to stay for ferry travel as it is super close to the ferry port. I took a taxi from the ferry port and then realized that I could have easily walked and saved the 20 euros for the taxi ride! In fact, everything is within easy walking distance, and the price is also perfect!

Palekastro is a small village in the north-east of the island of Crete. For those seeking peace and rural locations, that is the right place. The cottage is very functional, with a full kitchen, washing machine, and very fast Wi-Fi. In the surroundings, you can go on many excursions, and in the village, simple taverns prepare local food with passion and quality. Not far away, there are also two very beautiful and quality restaurants by the sea. For sea lovers, there are several pristine beaches and even a windsurfing center. There are also grocery stores and an excellent pastry shop, while for more important purchases, 15 minutes away by car, there is SITIA, which has several SUPERMARKETS and on Tuesdays there is also an interesting market where local people often go shopping. It was a truly special vacation for me!
