We enjoyed our stay very much. check-in was straight forward with a key box. accommodation has the right balance between a traditional Japanese home shining through and all the modern comfort you need. the building has 3 modern air conditioning/ heating units. the washing machine and dryer are all in Japanese, but of you upload a picture of the console to an AI (like chatGPT), it will tell you what buttons to press. we had lunch at the dining café next door. it has a calm and welcoming atmosphere with excellent food. we stayed for 3 nights with 2 persons and a baby.

Cozy place with everything you need, the host is responsive and with good knowledge in the area. This would be perfect for one or two people.

I had a incredible stay at Kuniko’s home, Aizu is really refreshing and calm, perfect to relax and slow down. I had the opportunity to help her cook breakfast every morning and have it with her, she helped me to sightsee around the city and even brought me to an Onsen, She was a wonderful host and I highly recommend you to go to her house if you visit Aizu.

I used it for 4 days with a maximum of 6 people for work & vacation in the city. It was a quiet place with plenty of nature, about 40-50 minutes by car from the city. What surprised me most was the beauty of the facility.The fixtures and furniture were also organized, and I had no inconvenience. There were various caution signs posted and placed in different places, so I was a little nervous when using it, but I felt that it was necessary to keep the facility clean. We are grateful to the hosts who are managing it. The cooking utensils were almost all there, and the sharpness of the knives was wonderful. The seasoning is minimal, as described, so we procured it at a local supermarket. There is no particular problem with that. I haven't used the sauna much, but thanks to this stay, I'm going to be hooked (laughs) Overall, I am very satisfied! We'd love to stay again. Thank you very much.
