Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ærø

An all-around wonderful place to stay! We had 4 nights with 4 nights, with hyggeline oven on the terrace and fire basket in the adjacent meadow. We have recovered very well through the tranquility and the sea. Everything was very tastefully decorated. 20 minutes away is Svendborg, a cute little town, which we enjoyed once. It was just too nice in the house for more things to do. Anne and Ulrik are excellent and likeable hosts. We'd love to come back!!

The house is well located and beautifully decorated with many fine details. Please note that you must bring your own bed linen and towels.

Nice house, especially kitchen all room worked well. The kitchen had everything needed to make a good meal, the dining area was cozy and intimate with plenty of space around the table. Beautiful floating sofa in the living room. The bathroom on the ground floor worked fine. Nice terrace, which we did not get to use due to the weather. The house is highly recommended.

We had cool days. Great location between the beach and the city, 1A sea view while barbecuing and frog paradise in the garden pond. Flowers in lavish abundance, rhubarb and herbs from our own garden.

Karina's beautiful and wonderful place made our stay on Ærø even more worthwhile.

We did not meet Kate, but all communication went quickly, easily and very accommodating. It's nice to stay in a place where you can feel that the owner also likes to stay. Marstal is a really nice town, where we felt welcome.

Pia’s apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It has everything we needed , was light and airy , including a beautiful view. I would like to stay there again.

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment. The studio is small (especially when the bed is pulled out) but very nice. Especially is the great bathroom. We had bad weather, but we were still able to explore Kappeln, Eckernförde and Schleswig by bike. I can recommend the FW.

We enjoyed the time at the Vogel farm very much. For us as a family with two small children, it was particularly great to experience the animals, the barn with straw bales and the particularly friendly homely atmosphere. Host Jutta even did a guided horse ride with our kids with Shetland-Pony Lottie. In general, the whole family is incredibly nice. For breakfast there were eggs from our own chickens, around the corner in the village there is a baker who - beware rare - really bakes himself. With pure natural sour dough. And at the big Easter fire with friends from the village we were also invited. We would love to come back.

Terrific flat. Very spacious, light, airy. Super comfortable bed and big sofa (highly suitable for naps!). Very communicative and accommodating host. Loved this place and would return in a second.

Everything was as described, the location ideal for excursions to Kappeln or to the Geltinger Birk, which we could easily manage by bike. These could also be easily parked in the courtyard. Super comfortable bed, great renovated bathroom, what more do you want? We were completely satisfied and would always head back to the Ankerplatz!

A pleasure to stay in a delicate, well-appointed and tasteful apartment with the most beautiful view. Everything worked and the kitchen was very well equipped.

The accommodation is quiet and idyllic. It matches the description and offers everything you need. In summer, the well-maintained outdoor areas are certainly a highlight. The host family was very nice. Glad to come back.

The old Skovby School Building is a fantastic property with three houses in total and a beautiful garden. Lots of room to sit back relax, light a bonfire, fire up a grill and enjoy your stay with the friendly and helpful hosts of Sanne and Jørg.

It has been a really nice stay in Johan's apartment. Fantastic location right in the middle of the city and close to the harbor and close to lots of eateries, cafes, inns, etc. I could not see in the listing that there is a roof terrace, but there is and we enjoyed it to the fullest in the sunshine. There is plenty to see and experience in the area and we did not have enough days for everything we wanted to see and experience, so we will definitely come back. The only thing we were missing was an ice cube tray, so we could get ice cubes in our drinks on the roof terrace☀️☀️ And the cushions could do with an upgrade😉 Johan responded quickly to my inquiries, so it was good service. We really liked the old house, which was reconstructed with very high quality. In addition, the huge garden, breakfast in the countryside by the water. Andrew, a very likeable Kiwi, explained everything to us in detail. We have taken great bike tours and can recommend the accommodation to everyone. 5 stars plus !

Ulla and her husband Ulrik are super welcoming. You feel welcome. Nice private apartment in the host's home. Good kitchen, where there was also the possibility of cooking a little. Nice new bath. Good bed and super clean.

We felt right at home from the beginning! The apartment is stylishly furnished and very well equipped. Jeanette was always available. The area is very nice and there was a parking space right outside the door. We will be happy to come back!

They were beautiful days at the property. The area is also beautiful and the people very, very friendly! Unfortunately, it was a bit difficult to get into town from there. Unfortunately, the buses didn't run a few times, so you had to walk, or the taxi had to call. So definitely better if you have your own car with you! 🥰

Really nice and cozy accommodation, which you can easily use for a few days.😀 We only stayed one night, but will definitely come back. So yes, it can definitely be recommended
