I booked the accommodation on the day of arrival and still received a response from Eike immediately. The subsequent communication was also quick, friendly and uncomplicated. The location of the accommodation is simply fantastic - surrounded by fields and water, it offers pure idyll. We also liked the accommodation itself very much – everything we needed was available.

If you are adventurous, but prefer to live outside the tourist hotspots with peace and a view of the countryside, Maresa is the right place for you. The apartment is very lovingly and individually furnished with maritime charm. You're comfortable from the first moment. And even bad weather can't spoil your mood. Because by the fireplace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Schlei from the sofa. We will be happy to come back!

Martin is a wonderful host, and everything was clean, neat and very cozy. And then Martin's communication was brilliant all the way through. I can only recommend others to rent his home if you are going to the Svendborg area.

An absolutely great house that is well maintained. Sauna and swimming pool are very easy to use. Beautiful footpaths in the surrounding area and by bike or car the cities of the surrounding area. However, the contact is not via Holidu, but via the very friendly and helpful owner. We have been to many holiday houses, this is probably hard to beat.

The house matches the description and everything is clean and as in the pictures. Jesper is a great host who is friendly and responds directly to messages and questions. Walking distance to the beach 15-20 min. Max. 10 min drive to the nearest supermarket.

We spent the turn of the year in Schönhagen with peace and convenience. The apartment is located not far from the beach and is equipped with everything you need. We used the sauna in the basement to ourselves. The place is a good starting point for numerous excursions, especially even in warmer weather by bike. Thanks to Jan for the nice welcome.

Very nice apartment in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The center is a short walk along the beautiful promenade. The complex is well-maintained and clean, and offers many leisure opportunities, especially for a stay with children. The apartment contains everything you need and is modern with a newer bathroom and kitchen. Pleasant stay, anytime.
