Excellent base for an overnight and easy public transport into Leeds City. 8 minute walk to bus stop frequent links . Private parking in house driveway. Turning circle in front of garages.

Suzanne was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was perfect. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were on the Emmerdale Tour, which was only about a 10 min drive and there were a couple of good restaurants just a shirt walk away. The area itself was lovely and peaceful and very leafy. The only negative was that we didn't have long enough to enjoy it more . Thank you Suzanne for your hospitality and hope to see you again at some point in the future. Tracey.
