House holiday rentals in Acworth

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

One of my favorite air bnb's! Loved that there is a gym, pool and tennis court. Location is great and the neighborhood is very safe! Pam communicated very fast and was super sweet. Thanks for a great stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and accommodated for a larger group but still provides an intimate space. Isabella communicated very well and made the process very easy.

Visited the area for a LakePoint baseball tournament. The location was excellent and it met all our needs to downtime between games.

This is a very peaceful and quiet place to relax but still very convenient to everything and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

The place was definitely worth the money beautiful home and very friendly host not overly bothersome just made sure we got checked in and everything was as supposed to be place has a nice workout room and message chair sauna was awesome very nice house. I didn’t stay there my guys did but I checked the place out and it was definitely one of the nicer places I thought with the gym and sauna and all hot tub was out of order but other then that everything was as described and place was nice would definitely recommend trying the place out thank you for sharing your place with us and being awesome host!! Hope to staying again if where back in the area thank you!!!

Parkside Place was just the stay we needed for a short trip to Lakepoint sports complex. It was within 10-15 minutes of Lakepoint and we had multiple ways to get there; either highway or streets with taking the street the house is on directly to Lakepoint with no turns! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The decorations were nice and the furniture was comfortable along with the beds. Grocery and fast food restaurants were also very close to the house making getting food very convenient. Kim was very responsive and flexible. Would stay here again and would consider staying at another of Kim's properties should it fit my needs.

Second time I stayed in one of there places and again was definitely worth the money beautiful home and very friendly host not overly bothersome just made sure we got checked in and everything was as supposed to be also another thing I thought was really nice with them is as long as it’s not already booked they asked if I needed to extend my stay or a late checkout which I thought was awesome cause sometimes I definitely do have to extend my stay and need late checkouts due to my line of work so was very convenient just all around awesome place and host to stay with thank you and we look forward to staying with yall again next time where in the area!!!

The home was very clean and looked just like the photos. It was close to everything we were in town for, so very convenient! Hosts were very responsive and helpful! Seemed to be a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t have any issues!

This was a great place to stay. I WFH so having the work space was a great addition. Nice fenced in backyard and perfect for the pups! Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived quite late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised by the home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was even nicer than the pictures! The beds were comfortable and they had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again! Candace kept in touch with us to check if we needed anything at all a few times I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice neighborhood and a beautiful home to stay in.

We enjoyed our stay, place has enough beds to hold a large group. The house is easy to find and Kim was proactive in assisting with all our needs. The driveway is a bit steep for standard cars, much more suitable for SUVs/trucks. Overall stay was great.

Kim was a very helpful host to the issues we had. She was very pro-active and that meant a lot to us. I would recommend Kim and her place anytime. Thanks

Our family had a wonderful experience at Rob & Christy’s “Cozy Acorn”! The house was so cozy and clean! They were great in explaining everything and had stocked kitchen really well (right down to making sure there was a creamer we liked). I would highly recommend their place! We had such a great stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and gave great recommendations for food. The house was stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks and was very clean and homey. The pool table, shuffleboard and all the games were great. Our entire group hopes to come back and stay here again!

The Hosts did an absolutely phenomenal job with providing a comfortable, quiet location. Everything down to the very last detail made my family feel happy as we came to Georgia to celebrate my nephew's high school graduation in Kennesaw. Great nature photos. Great homestyle family togetherness. Great vibes!!! We will definitely stay again. 😊

We had a wedding the area and Natasha’s place was perfect. In the woods, private. Just right for 2 people. Exactly as pictured.
