Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Acworth

Lovely lake house, plenty of spaces for a family or group of friends to gather or spread out, whatever you need. The kayaks and paddleboard were awesome. We enjoyed the pool table , dining room and roomy dens. Loved the wharf/dock as well, and appreciated the huge umbrella. We also liked seeing all the wildlife around the home. It’s a peaceful, quiet area, and the lake is beautiful. The only recommendation I would have is to update/clean the grill and outdoor kitchen area. We grilled, but bought grilling pans because the grates looked rough. Turned out fine, it just has so much potential to be a fun outdoor gathering space. Also, for future vistors, I highly recommend renting their pontoon boat. We didn’t this time, but we will when we return! It’s a lake that needs to be enjoyed on a boat!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at David’s Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better!

We had a wonderful time with extended adult family and teenagers. There were plenty of beds for our 9 guests. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. We did not want to leave the lake to go the grocery store and we were pleased to find that Walmart was able to do a delivery to the house. There were so many fun lake toys at the house. We enjoyed the pedal boat, kayaks, lakefront hammock and outdoor fireplace. The teenagers loved having a movie night in the home theater room. Scott’s communication was excellent. We accidentally caused some damage to the dock and he got back to us quickly with a bill that was very reasonable for the damages. Thank you for a great stay!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Rita was a wonderful host. We quickly felt at home at her charming bungalow in midtown Atlanta. The beds were comfortable, the master bath was amazing, the kitchen was large and had everything we needed, and the washer and dryer were excellent. The whirlpool/hot tub was an extra luxury. We also had parking for two cars behind a gate. We would stay here again!

Beautiful home. Quaint and relaxing. Got to enjoy the hot tub but weather was too cool for the pool. Dd was super easy to communicate with and flexible. Definitely recommend!

The house was spotless, and cozy. The decor had that perfect balance of rustic charm and modern comfort. But the highlight for us? The hot tub. Soaking under the stars was absolute magic. With the lake nearby it is perfect for a weekend getaway.

The location and view were incredible! The townhouse was very comfortable, beds were comfortable, most amenities were provided. We were there for a wedding, so we did not get to enjoy the water, but it seemed to be very accessible and kayaks were available if we had had the time. All in all, just what we were looking for!

We were super pleased with the home and location. We were down for a baseball tournament in East Cobb and it couldn’t have been more central to the fields as well as lots of restaurants and attractions. Home was super clean and spacious. Our three families had plenty of room for ourselves as well as communal areas for people to hang out together. The pool was delightful. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The host was super friendly and accommodating and very communicative. Checked on the pool a few times during the week, which was appreciated. hope we play another tournament down this way so we could try to stay here again!

We will definitely book Tunde home again. The kids loved the pool, movie theater and game room. Guest who came by loved the house as well. It was enough space for everyone. The house was great and everyone loved it.

We truly loved our time at this beautiful home. It was exactly as described. Jorge was flexible and easy to get ahold of. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of immediately. I would absolutely book this place again.

Beautiful home with all amenities on a secluded property. Our group of 16 traveled to Conyers for a baby shower and we loved the stay. Our host Alina was awesome! Will definitely book again for the next family trip.

The home is clean, modern, and easy to get around in. The kids enjoyed the game room (ping pong table and pool table downstairs) and use of the private pool area. Having TVs in every bedroom was helpful, especially with children of varying ages. Lots of seating available in the kitchen. Our host was responsive during our stay, taking the time to check in with us and answering our questions. The home is surrounded by big trees and greenery. If you are traveling with children bring mosquito repellent. Good experience overall, would stay here again.

We are absolutely in love with this cabin!!!. We were looking for a place to stay for our 1st anniversary and this place was nothing but perfect. It’s also completely private with beautiful scenery everywhere you go. Even our pup had a blast in the water and the huge yard to run in. Do listen to there warnings about the road, go very slow when you go down or up the street especially after it rains and you may have problems with your cellular services in select places but once your connection to their WiFi at the house there is no issue in that vicinity. We did have one small problem pop up, that was out of anyone’s control mind you, but the host was very quick to respond and helpful in make the most out of our trip, which we appreciate very much. The pictures we see online don’t even do the cabin justice when comparing to in person. Thank y’all for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin for a few days, we all had a blast and can’t wait to be back one day🫶🏼

Brad was a great host. He answered questions within 10 to 15 minutes. The house was really clean and the location just right for rest and relaxation. I would rent it again

I rented this home for my husband’s 50th and boy did it not disappoint! The goal of our trip was to enjoy family time, get outdoors and hike, see wildlife, cozy up to a fire and watch movies and take in beautiful scenery. This place exceeded our expectations! The view was insane, the hike to the waterfall was exhilarating a little steep and challenging, but that’s when we all worked together as a family to accomplish the journey to the waterfall. My children 11 and 12 both got along playing foosball, building a fire and helping one another climb the mountain. We got to see the cutest black bear from the dining room! Joni was in communication with me whole time making sure we had all that we needed and there to answer any questions I had. The home was fully stocked and super cozy! Definitely coming back!

Phenomenal view, cute cabin, great weather! We spent most of our time on the back deck, we grilled & shared meals over looking the mountain view, lounge in the hot tub & sunned in the loungers. We probably would have slept out there had there been a bed. We had a great time!

We LOVED staying at Dan and polina’s place! Shipwrecked was beautiful! It was our first night away from our one year old and it couldn’t have gone better! We are hoping to come back and stay in old west very soon! They had a list of recommended restaurants. We enjoyed a delicious meal at brothers bar and steakhouse. Fished and relaxed down on the dock a little, then came back and enjoyed a movie and some time in the hot tub. The only thing they could have added is a TV at the end of the bed. Do yourself a favor and stay here! This place is exactly as described - perfect couple’s retreat! Finally know the feeling of “Home Away From Home.” Every single thing you might need or want is at this place. I can’t think of one single detail overlooked. It even comes with two cute hiking sticks which actually came in handy on some of the more moderate hiking trails in the beautiful Big Canoe area. There are so many mountains we still have to see, but we could easily come back to Treetopia over and over again!!

Cabin is beautiful and exactly as described. Home is very quiet and peaceful. Hosts are very friendly and easy to communicate with. Catch and release pond provided hours of entertainment. Great outdoor area. Would definitely recommend.
