House holiday rentals in Accord

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

My husband and I had a wonderfully relaxing time at the Little Owl Teahouse. It’s a cozy and well-outfitted cabin with a super comfy bed and a great leather reading chair. Drank lots of the delicious mountain well water. Made breakfast in kitchen — love the pans and electric cooktop. Short drive to Woodstock for dinner. And oh the beauty of the surroundings - scenic views everywhere. Our two little doggies were happy to romp in the fenced in yard. Little too chilly when we were there but pool looks so appealing. Lisa is a proactive and super responsive host.

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. The playroom was great for our kids and we all enjoyed the pool. The view was also beautiful. We will definitely be back!

This house absolutely reminded me of home and my childhood ! So lovely and clean. Absolutely love the heated pool ! This was the perfect house for our wedding at the Mohonk mountain house . Close and such a comfortable stay . We really enjoyed the outdoor porch sitting room . Thank you for a comfortable and wonderful stay .

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

We had the best time at Lapla cabin! We always stay somewhere different in the area and this is one of the best spots we’ve stayed. Our pup absolutely loved the woods and stream, and it was great to have the natural barriers around the property so we didn’t have to worry about her. Both the property and the house were so peaceful — I loved the gas fireplace (so easy to use on chilly mornings) and the sounds and view of the small waterfall in the creek from the living room window. Amazing.

I was in town for a show at Bearsville Theater and spent the afternoon in Woodstock. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to the show and the center of Woodstock. I didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor area due to the rain but it looked very peaceful and private. It’s a lovely space and I would be happy to book again in the future.

We had an incredibly lovely stay. The home itself is beautifully maintained and equipped in a way that shows a lot of intention and care. The grounds offered a unique experience that felt rural, but not isolated. Our host took great care to provide us with recommendations. It all felt very thoughtful and we appreciated it

This was our second time back at the house and we felt right at home. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Everything is well thought out for guests. The space is perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends and family. There is really no need to venture out since everything is at your fingertips - from the pool, the fire pit, the grill and large open spaces to hang out both inside and outside. It’s very well situated and close to a number of great places in the area including Inness and Cherries. We celebrated our sister’s birthday at the house and it was perfect - made a lot of lasting memories, with friends and family. Amy was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and very thoughtful. We are very familiar with the area but she made great suggestions for us to visit, that we hadn’t heard of before. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful secluded spot in back of the woodworking studio. The space is serene inside and out with thoughtful minimalist design. Ashira was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The space is 3 minutes down the road from excellent cideries and distilleries. Highly recommended!

We were extremely pleased with Shinto and his house. The house and the surrounding area were more beautiful than the pictures could capture. Shinto was a very accommodating and I couldn’t ask for a better host. Will definitely be returning asap!

We absolutely adored our stay at Insaff’s cozy home in the woods! The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. We really loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the shower. Super luxe. The woodland setting was picturesque and peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. A perfect getaway spot.

we had a lovely time at Seth’s cottage by the river. Everything was very well appointed and comfortable. I think the beds were the best I’ve had an Airbnb. There was easy access to new Paltz and kingston. I have no hesitation in recommending Seth’s place.

Beautiful property and surroundings. View of water is amazing! Inside, the house was clean and had amazing views of the water from everywhere.

Michael and Nick's Meadow House was one of the absolute best Airbnb stays we have ever enjoyed! It's truly a dream home with everything you will need for your stay. Standout details included a comfy bed, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your meals, spa-like bathroom, and a cozy fireplace that you can light with the push of a button. The views from every room are stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee and birdsong on the porch every morning. We saw lots of birds, deer, chipmunks and woodchucks. And it's a short drive to lots of trails and charming towns. We had a welcome note and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Michael was so friendly, responsive, and gave lots of fantastic recommendations. He was also so helpful with all our questions and a work emergency that came up for me. We were dreaming of returning for a longer stay before we had even left.

Loved our stay in the farmhouse. Everything was clean and comfortable. I’m a pillow person and always travel with one - there were lots of super comfortable pillows to choose from as well as comfortable comforters and beds. So welcoming - with a bottle of wine and home made treats. Thanks for a great time. P.S. we had bags of stuff that we didn’t need because everything was supplied and excellent. See you next year.

Beautifully designed home with really high end furniture. Aesthetically pleasing. It is right next to a main road, so there is a lot of noise from the cars. But once we got used to it, it was ok. Loved the house though.

Great place to stay in the Catskills if you want something peaceful in the woods. It was a great price for how clean, quiet and aesthetically pleasing this place was. While it was off the beaten path, it was a short drive to many of the cool places in the area and the hosts give a great book of recommendations that was very helpful. Would stay here again!

Chandra’s house was comfortable, clean, spacious, and filled to the brim with thoughtful touches (literally — there was a fully stocked spice rack and endless supplies for all your cooking needs! The best part: paper towel refills, which so many other hosts miss). You can tell this is truly a home for the family. Beyond that, the backyard is something to marvel at during sunset. Picturesque falls right as you step outside. I can imagine this place goes to another level during peak fall season. Location made it easy to commute to nearby towns like Kingston, Livingston Manor, etc. My only flag is you have to really watch your step going down the stairs to view the creek. Nothing that impacted our stay though and I highly recommend Chandra’s home whether you’re traveling with a few people or a family. There’s enough space for it all!

Beautiful new home built on a beautiful property. It was extremely private and quiet and loved being able to wake up to a beautiful view of the trees and hearing the birds every morning. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace since it was an unusually chilly weekend and grilling on the deck. The location was perfect - closer to Accord where all the great restaurants and shops are. Connie was very quick to respond when we had questions. We will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blake’s place. The house had a nice open concept, spacious and very clean. The view from the deck was really nice. We were lucky to have 3 beautiful, clear nights. Our 2 dogs also enjoyed their stay and walks in the large yard. There are houses around but you have enough space and privacy. Blake is really cool and friendly. Only downside is, we wish we could have stayed longer. Plus you can’t beat the location. Close to Lake Minnewaska and New Paltz. We would definitely love to go back.
