Wake up to serene forest views from the modern, minimal four-poster, then start the day with a scenic woodland hike. Tour local breweries and browse nearby flea markets before lighting the fire and snuggling up. NOTE: All pets & children need to be approved by Host. Additions of pet and/or child will require a pet/child fee. Please inquire with Barclay for approval. We love that our home has all the qualities of a classic cabin in the woods — an A-frame shape, wood-plank ceilings, forest views from every room — while still appealing to the sensibilities of modern, urban travelers. This is the perfect spot to get a little dose of summer camp nostalgia, while keeping every modern comfort close at hand. Barbecue on the porch or gather around the outdoor fire pit in the summer and into the fall. In the winter, get cozy in front of the wood-burning stove and take in the snowy woodland landscape. Guests can access the entire house and two-acre property. I'm available to answer any questions via phone, text or email at any time. Please note, my primary residence is in New York City and I will not be on site at the house. The cabin is located in the hamlet of Marbletown, at the southern edge of Catskill Park. The property is nestled between the many farms, orchards, and preserves of the Rondout Valley and the protected mountains and woodlands of the Catskills. The Trailways bus stop with service from Port Authority is located in Rosendale, about 20 minutes from the house, but you'll need a car to get around once you're up here. Amtrak trains stop at Rhinecliff, just across the Hudson, about 35 minutes from the house.

Set in a hemlock forest on a quiet country road, this newly redone and separate guest studio is a perfect getaway. Set on 30 private wooded acres, the property is bisected by a Class A trout stream. Guests have access to the shared pool Mon-Fri, but not Sat-Sun. The second floor studio has a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed along with a private bathroom. There is Wifi, a television (ROKU). There is no kitchen, however, we do provide a microwave, dorm fridge and Keurig coffee machine.

Located in a private setting surrounded by quiet forest, you will feel isolated from the world, yet only a half mile away from Rt. 209. In 10 minutes you can be hiking around Lake Minnewaska or strolling through the quaint town of Stone Ridge. Fine Dining in New Paltz and shopping in Kingston are only 25 minutes away. Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Michael and Nick's Meadow House was one of the absolute best Airbnb stays we have ever enjoyed! It's truly a dream home with everything you will need for your stay. Standout details included a comfy bed, a dream kitchen with everything you'll need to cook your meals, spa-like bathroom, and a cozy fireplace that you can light with the push of a button. The views from every room are stunning and peaceful. We enjoyed coffee and birdsong on the porch every morning. We saw lots of birds, deer, chipmunks and woodchucks. And it's a short drive to lots of trails and charming towns. We had a welcome note and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Michael was so friendly, responsive, and gave lots of fantastic recommendations. He was also so helpful with all our questions and a work emergency that came up for me. We were dreaming of returning for a longer stay before we had even left.

Loved our stay in the farmhouse. Everything was clean and comfortable. I’m a pillow person and always travel with one - there were lots of super comfortable pillows to choose from as well as comfortable comforters and beds. So welcoming - with a bottle of wine and home made treats. Thanks for a great time. P.S. we had bags of stuff that we didn’t need because everything was supplied and excellent. See you next year.

We absolutely adored our stay at Insaff’s cozy home in the woods! The house was exactly as described and very comfortable. We really loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the shower. Super luxe. The woodland setting was picturesque and peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. A perfect getaway spot.

Loved our stay and hope to come back in the future! Denise's place is beautifully designed and has lots of thoughtful touches. The house is less than a 10 min drive from Accord and 15 min from New Paltz, so there was a nice balance of nature/privacy with easy access to restaurants and things to see. Denise was very helpful and friendly, and check in was smooth and easy.

Chandra was an excellent host for this most beautiful home. From the moment we booked our reservations, until we checked out, Chandra showed that she was most interested in our satisfaction. The house itself, speaks for itself. As soon as we walked through the front door, we saw the gorgeous view of the waterfall in off the back porch. My husband and I were immediately drawn to the sights and sounds. We gravitated to the porch for coffee, journal writing, afternoon wine, and just hanging out. The house is located a few miles from the state park and preserve. Even though the weather was drizzling and damp, we still were able to hike and languished in the beauty of the area. Yet to come "home" to this wonderful place after the day was the icing on the cake. There was room for everyone and everyone's needs: space for quiet, space to cook, space to work, space for the children, space to play games, outdoor space to hang out, etc. Lovely!

Great place to stay in the Catskills if you want something peaceful in the woods. It was a great price for how clean, quiet and aesthetically pleasing this place was. While it was off the beaten path, it was a short drive to many of the cool places in the area and the hosts give a great book of recommendations that was very helpful. Would stay here again!
