Very nice apartment, exactly as seen in the pictures only better in real life. Beautiful views of the sea and beautiful background noise through the sea. Everything was good to very good.

Great apartment and pool, only 6 years old so all in great condition. Very quiet area, and pretty small but enough restaurant choice. Only a 15 minute drive to playa del Duque, a lovely sandy beach. There’s 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk with our favourite being in the shopping complex up the hill.

Wanna say thank you to Alvaro. Respectful and responsive person, who’s try to help in all cases. Apartment is great; very clean, comfortable bed, proper hot water and bath, many small things included inside that makes your trip easier and better. Even Mocapot with coffee ( if you unsatisfied with coffee on nearby location). Astonishing view from balcony! Definitely recommend this place, and will come again!

Serena's place is perfect, spacious and very bright (the window is beautiful). It's well-stocked, we really didn't miss anything. It is in a residence with a pool, comfortable parking and a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The terrace is a gem, there are two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about an 18-minute drive from Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and an hour from Teide Park. Communication was always very quick and clear, Giorgia welcomed us warmly and was always available. We definitely recommend it.

House in the center of Palm Mar, close to supermarket and restaurants, accurate house cleaning, two TVs, well stocked kitchen with everything you need, kind and helpful host, the garage with elevator a few steps from the parking lot is the added value for a perfect vacation.

We loved the location, the house was clean and nice, and the host was responsive. I recommend 100 percent.

10/10 would go again. The price is very good for the location, its a 3 minute walk to the beach (thanks to a little shortcut tommy showed us) and plenty of restaurants, a supermarket and so on. Tommy was always available for help and genuinely interested in us having a great time, which he made sure we had. Thanks alot!

We had a great time in the cottage. It's in a very quiet and central area. It's spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, the mattress and bed are very comfortable, it has a living room or where you can read, work with the PC, the decoration is relaxing for the eyes and the body. Claudia is very attentive and responds to any detail at the first request, she has made it very easy for us.

The super nice and spacious house, if they go with children is the best option because it has a small pool and a large patio. I loved it because it's just like the pictures. The host's service was also very fast.

Our family loved this house ! The view is stunning, and our boys were particularly delighted with the ping pong table and baby-foot. Angelica was very helpful and flexible. Thanks very much for our stay !

We had a lovely stay at Rosario's place. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The apartment comes with a spacious garden and a padel court. We could play padel and it was a lot of fun. We were not aware of the extra living room and wine cellar, the hosts showed us on our last night. The hosts are super friendly.

Very happy with my choice to spend the past few weeks here. María is an amazing and responsive host and the room was quite comfortable. I was in a room on the front of the bldg so there was some street noise. It's a walking street so only the sounds of people talking and also eating at the restaurants outside. I have earplugs so it's not a big deal. Also great to meet some other travelers and digital nomads and to walk all through Santa Cruz. If you like to meet others and walk around the local area then highly recommended!

Great stay in this apartment. 🤩 We were able to enjoy it with our 7-year-old daughter. The pool is a big plus, the beach just below, shops, restaurants, access to Teide and other hikes in the north of the island, excellent. The apartment was equipped as we like it and the terrace was sunny from morning to night…

We had a really lovely stay at the apartment and it met all our needs and more during our stay. Vanessa was a pleasure to be in touch with before we arrived and was so clear on everything about how to get and gain access to the apartment. She provided us with lots of information on what was around us and indeed the communication was so good we did not need to be in touch with her during our stay. She is an excellent host and very helpful in accommodating us on the day of our departure. The apartment is as shown and in a lovely quiet area close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants etc. It has all you need for your stay and again the location and complex are a perfect location for a stay in that area. The shower is on the small side as noted before but we managed just fine and it did not take from our stay and we really did have a great stay. Without a doubt, we would be more than happy to stay with Vanessa in the future if she can fit us in. Our thanks once again, Vanessa.

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Excellent location near beach and playgrounds. Place was very clean and outside area was v good. Kitchen very good, comfortable apartment. We had an unlucky one off issue with day time noise out of hosts control but he was very good in resolving the issue. Check in information could be provided clearer to reduce uncertainty at check in.

We had a great time at the accommodation, it was very clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The area was simply fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied, thank you again for the hospitality!:)

Daniel took great care of us on arrival since we had a mishap with the terrace door, which he quickly solved. It is very kind to arrive and have a bottle of cava, water, fruit etc prepared. I would say that the kitchen is very small and that perhaps it would be good to have a cloth, there is a scouring pad. The beds are fine and all the rooms have a TV. As a highlight, the terrace is amazing. Be careful with parking, it is not easy at the door but 50 meters above there is a very comfortable dirt parking lot where you can park without problem.

Stayed here from 16-30 December. Everything was great. Beautiful apartment very nicely decorated with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom with very powerful shower, great view, and the icing on the cake for us was the jacuzzi which we used it a lot after a long day at the beach or road trips around the island. Owner was a text away if you needed him. Walking to the beach 5 minutes, supermarket 3 minutes, 15 minutes away driving from airport, restaurants 3 minutes. I strongly recommend this place if you are after a stay with your family exploring the island or just relaxing at a beautiful beach. It’s windy at the beach so I strongly recommend using the sun beds €15 for 2 and an umbrella. Sea water was nice and warm even at this time of year. Pool water was cold but kids had fun. Overall it was a fabulous experience so thank you for letting us stay at your place.
