The accommodation was great, especially the large terrace with an awning. It was close to the beach, with many restaurants and shops nearby. For diving enthusiasts, I recommend the Pama Diving Center, just a few dozen meters from the accommodation.

To be confronted with the most wonderful look just the ocian in front of you and nothing else but the sun, the moon and a few stars, what more can you wish ! The flat was comfortable and the bed gourdious. And the wether in this part of Tenefife was in December warm ans sunny sale the time. And Manuel was a friendly host. Thank you for everything. We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Juan’s seaside property! The views were absolutely breathtaking – it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience to wake up to the sound of the waves and the stunning ocean view. The property itself was cosy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and we enjoyed spending time outside, taking in the scenery. I also appreciated the quiet and serene atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and disconnect. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the sea.

The place we stayed at is well-equipped for a longer stay and even has air conditioning, which is a rare find in Tenerife. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views - you can clearly see both Teide and the ocean. A big plus is the jacuzzi, which I recommend turning on in the morning before a long or challenging hike, so it’s ready for a relaxing soak when you return later in the day. A car is definitely a must, as getting to the beach or exploring the area is much easier with one. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape to nature.

The accommodation is adequately equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly noteworthy is the quiet location, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is easily accessible by car in about 10 minutes. A big plus is the spacious courtyard, which not only offers plenty of space, but also includes a cooking facility – ideal for cozy meals al fresco. The landlady was extremely friendly and looked after us excellently. She was responsive at all times and fulfilled our requests directly, which made the stay even more pleasant. We felt so comfortable here that we booked again for next year – a clear recommendation!

We loved our time at Tamara’s place. The house is lovely and very well kept/furnished. Easily accessible with a car. The views are gorgeous. Tamara is a great host, kind, always available and flexible. The first day there was a red alert for very strong winds which required her/us not to use the rooftop terrace and she volunteered to come clean it up/fix it the following day. We didn’t use the indoor pool as the water was a bit cold and outside was not warm enough yet but it looks very cool. Overall we loved our time there! Highly recommend

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was very well equipped and modern, the balcony was fab and gets all the afternoon sun! The pool area is small but perfect. There are restaurants and supermarket a short walk away, and roughly 1km to the coastal path. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice and well situated apartment. Was perfect for our needs. We rented the place for a month with a 3 month old baby and we couldn't have ask for better. The apartment is situated right on the ocean we an incredible view on the Teide volcano in the distance.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and tastefully furnished. The heated pool in particular was a highlight and perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The host was incredibly friendly, always available and helpful, without being intrusive. The apartment is close to the sea, close to the south airport and close to a shopping street. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a holiday. From dishwasher pods to shower gel, everything is available on site and included in the price. The residential complex is equipped with an elevator, which takes you directly accessible from the underground car park to the apartment door. The pools are: a small pool for toddlers, as well as a large pool for swimming. Since the apartment offers a lot in terms of value for money, there is a clear recommendation from me for this.

We had a great stay. Apartment has beautiful sea views to the front and mountains to the back. Lots of restaurants nearby but still very quiet at night. Great balcony to watch the sun set and the top deck is ideal for sunbathing. Highly recommend

The flat is amazing and the location is perfect. There were some problems with electricity but the hosts were very helpful and friendly to solve the issues. We had an amazing time there and definitely would come again to the same flat :)

María José was great, very helpful and gave us the best restaurant \ guanchiche recommendations. She also owns a restaurant which we didn't manage to go to (because it was on a further side of the island we didn't end up going to) but I'm sure it's worth it and its definitely on our next trip plans! The house is spacious and made of sea views and sounds. We had a great time and recommend
