Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Abona

Sehr schöne Wohnung, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen in echt nur noch besser. Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer und schöne Geräuschkulisse durch das Meer. Alles war gut bis sehr gut.

Great apartment and pool, only 6 years old so all in great condition. Very quiet area, and pretty small but enough restaurant choice. Only a 15 minute drive to playa del Duque, a lovely sandy beach. There’s 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk with our favourite being in the shopping complex up the hill.

Wanna say thank you to Alvaro. Respectful and responsive person, who’s try to help in all cases. Apartment is great; very clean, comfortable bed, proper hot water and bath, many small things included inside that makes your trip easier and better. Even Mocapot with coffee ( if you unsatisfied with coffee on nearby location). Astonishing view from balcony! Definitely recommend this place, and will come again!

Riccardo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Er antwortet schnell und hat uns vorab mit vielen Tipps versorgt – u.a. zu Restaurants, Stränden und Aktivitäten auf Teneriffa. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und ideal für zwei Personen. Ein Supermarkt liegt direkt vor dem Haus, die Bushaltestelle ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar. Zum traumhaften Playa Amarilla sind es nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß, auch der Flughafen ist gut erreichbar – mit dem Auto oder Bus. In der Nähe kann man gut und günstig essen. Wer Ruhe sucht und hauptsächlich Strandurlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es etwas zu ruhig, da es kaum Aktivitäten und wenig Touristen in der Umgebung gab. Dank der guten Busverbindungen waren wir aber oft in Los Cristianos – die Fahrt dauert nur 30 Minuten mit dem Bus und kostet für zwei Personen nur 3 €. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

L'alloggio di Serena è perfetto, ampio e molto luminoso (la vetrata è splendida). È ben rifornito, non ci è mancato davvero nulla. È in un residence con piscina, parcheggio comodo e atmosfera rilassata e tranquilla. Il terrazzino è una chicca, ci sono due supermercati a pochi passi. Si trova a circa 18 minuti di auto dalle spiegge di Las Americas e Los Cristianos, e ad un'oretta dal parco del Teide. La comunicazione è sempre stata rapidissima e chiara, Giorgia ci ha accolti con calore ed è sempre stata disponibile. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio.

Casa nel centro di Palm mar, vicino a supermercato e ristoranti, pulizia della casa accurata, due tv, cucina ben fornita di tutto il necessario, host gentile e disponibile, il garage con ascensore a pochi passi dal parcheggio è il valore aggiunto per una vacanza perfetta.

Wir hatten einen tollen 8 Tage Aufenthalt mitten in Santa Cruz. Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr zentral, man kann alle wichtigen Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen zu Fuß erreichen. Felipe war sehr unterstützend und hat unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir würden dort wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Die Unterkunft (Das Zimmer) war für zwei Personen genau passend, das Bad war sehr schön und groß. Die Lage war sehr angenehm, mit leichtem Meerblick. Generell war alles super sauber und man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Tommy war super lieb und hat unser Check-in sehr unkompliziert gemacht. Man konnte in ca. 10 Minuten runter zum Strand laufen. Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!!

La casa super bonita y amplia, si van con niños es la mejor opción porque tiene una pequeña piscina y un patio grande. Me ha encantado porque es tal cual las fotos. La atención del anfitrión también era muy rápida.

Villa preciosa con vistas al mar. Angelica fue en todo momento de gran ayuda, respondió rápido los mensajes y nos facilitó la entrada. El espacio es increïble para unos días con amigos, todo muy limpio y camas cómodas. Muy recomendable!

We had a really lovely stay at this villa. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenagers & a 6 yr old and we didn’t feel on-top of each other at all, it’s such a great space with the added bonus of a pool! Location is great. 1km walk to Del duque beach & 3km to Caleta and just around the corner from a shopping centre and restaurants. Zivile was a great host, we had drinks and snacks on our arrival and she was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We’ve all had such a lovely holiday, Thank you, would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at Rosario's place. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The apartment comes with a spacious garden and a padel court. We could play padel and it was a lot of fun. We were not aware of the extra living room and wine cellar, the hosts showed us on our last night. The hosts are super friendly.

Very happy with my choice to spend the past few weeks here. María is an amazing and responsive host and the room was quite comfortable. I was in a room on the front of the bldg so there was some street noise. It's a walking street so only the sounds of people talking and also eating at the restaurants outside. I have earplugs so it's not a big deal. Also great to meet some other travelers and digital nomads and to walk all through Santa Cruz. If you like to meet others and walk around the local area then highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with this accomodation. I would choose it again. It was ideal for our group of 6 people :-)

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het idyllische huisje van Nica en Yazmina. Vooral de tuin was top. Ons zoontje van bijna 2 heeft zich goed vermaakt en behalve het babybedje en kinderstoel was er ook een badje, wat kinderservies en speelgoed. Yazmina was zeer goed bereikbaar en de filmpjes waren erg handig voor het laatste stukje van de route en qua werking van een van de douches. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek om midden in de natuur tot rust te komen ben je hier aan het juiste adres. We kunnen het van harte aanraden

Super séjour dans cet appartement 🤩 Nous avons pu bien profiter avec notre fille de 7 ans. La piscine est un gros plus, la plage juste en bas, commerces, restos, accès au Teide et autres rando du nord de l’île nickel. L’appartement était équipé comme on l’aime et la terrasse ensoleillée du matin au soir…

We had a really lovely stay at the apartment and it met all our needs and more during our stay. Vanessa was a pleasure to be in touch with before we arrived and was so clear on everything about how to get and gain access to the apartment. She provided us with lots of information on what was around us and indeed the communication was so good we did not need to be in touch with her during our stay. She is an excellent host and very helpful in accommodating us on the day of our departure. The apartment is as shown and in a lovely quiet area close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants etc. It has all you need for your stay and again the location and complex are a perfect location for a stay in that area. The shower is on the small side as noted before but we managed just fine and it did not take from our stay and we really did have a great stay. Without a doubt, we would be more than happy to stay with Vanessa in the future if she can fit us in. Our thanks once again, Vanessa.

C'est une véritable pépite, bien situé, absolument impeccable, grand et plus beau que sur les photos ! Merci à Vanessa pour sa réactivité et son amabilité et merci à sa maman qui nous a gentillement présenté le logement à notre arrivé. Nous sommes absolument ravis de ce logement et des vacances que nous avons passés dedans. Vanessa a pensé à tous les petits détails et l'appartement dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour (et plus encore!)

Excellent location near beach and playgrounds. Place was very clean and outside area was v good. Kitchen very good, comfortable apartment. We had an unlucky one off issue with day time noise out of hosts control but he was very good in resolving the issue. Check in information could be provided clearer to reduce uncertainty at check in.

We arrived in Santa Cruz on a business trip. Unfortunately, we had to stay longer and therefore had to find accommodation for two days in Tenerife. This is how we found Mouna's ad last minute. We sent the reservation and received the confirmation immediately. Mouna is a very nice person.She sacrificed her Saturday afternoon to clean and prepare the apartment for our arrival.When we arrived, she greeted us with friendship and kindness. This suited us very well. The apartment is much nicer than in the pictures. We felt like we had arrived home. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.The rooms have live flowers in the living room, which makes the apartment even more sophisticated. The bed is very comfortable.The view from the terrace is amazing. And falling asleep to the sound of the ocean at night was like being in paradise. Mouna took us around and showed us everything we could find where.We have to say Mouna is the nicest and most valuable person in the world and Airbnb

We had a great time at the accommodation, it was very clean and comfortable. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The area was simply fantastic, close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied, thank you again for the hospitality!:)

Daniel nos atendió genial a la llegada dado que tuvimos un percance con la puerta de la terraza que rapidemente solucionó. Es muy amable llegar y tener una botella de cava, agua, fruta etc preparado. Diría que la cocina es muy pequeña y que quizá sería bueno disponer de una bayeta, estropajo sí hay. Las camas están bien y tienen TV todas las habitaciones. Como colofon la terraza es una pasada. Ojo con el aparcamiento, no es fácil en la puerta pero 50 metros por encima hay un parking de tierra muy cómodo donde aparcar sin problema.

Ubytování zde bylo velmi příjemné, pokoj má výhled do vnitrobloku, takže je to tu klidnější, člověk však musí takto blízko centra počítat s ruchem města . Skvělá lokalita - je to hned u centra, a za pár minut se dá dostat k nejzajímavějším bodům města. Autobusové nádraží je také jen pár minut odtud, takže je to ideální výchozí bod i na výlety do okolí. V bytě je vše, co člověk potřebuje: plně vybavená koupelna, pokoj i kuchyň, kde se dá pohodlně vařit, což je fajn i pro delší pobyt. Ulízečka chodí pravidelně, vše bylo vždy čisté a v pořádku. Hostitelka je velmi milá, vstřícná a vždy rychle odpovídá na zprávy a na dotazy. Určitě doporučuji — ideální pro nenáročné cestovatele, kteří chtějí poznávat město, ale zároveň mít i soukromí a možnost si něco uvařit. Určitě bych se zde ubytovala znovu :)
