Lovely place and absolutely spotless! Excellent directions and Victoria was extremely responsive and accommodating prior to our visit, as well as lovely and friendly on person. Would DEFINITELY recommend and will book again in the future! 5 STARS!

This was a lovely place to stay with great views and great surrounding walks. The annexe was very clean and a great space and kitchen amenities. I visited on my own with my dog and it was very dog friendly with a gated off grass area, would definitely return with friends and family.

This property is modern, spotlessly clean, bright and airy. It's located in a rural setting and has plenty of off road parking. We used it whilst attending an event at nearby Ragley Hall, but is also convenient for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon. Would certainly book this property again.

I had such a lovely few days away with my son. The cabin was absolutely lovely and in such a beautiful setting. We loved exploring the woodland and enjoyed using our paddle board on the lake. We loved being around the animals- we visited the pigs, horses, goats, sheep etc. several times a day! Had a lovely bbq, despite the weather! It was a great location to visit Warwick castle, as well as the surrounding villages. The owners couldn’t have been more friendly- we learnt so much about all the animals. The fresh eggs and treats were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
