Waterfront holiday rentals in Aarhus

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

We've been here before, and hope to visit this lovely apartment again. It's well equipped, with comfortable furniture and everything you need even for a lengthy stay. The wall-to-wall windows make the apartment light and airy, and the decking is a perfect place for coffee or glass of wine. Shops and restaurants are close by, and the local coffee shop does excellent croissants and cardamom buns to take away if you want coffee on your own patio. Coastal walks start outside the door. Anne and Arnstein, the hosts, are responsive and friendly. I highly recommend.

The apartment is so beautiful overlooking the water and the harbor. The local area is really cool with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, harbor baths, etc. Sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sun rise was magical. The apartment is really well equipped, we found everything we needed. The building is easier cryptic to navigate, but Anita's description was good. Anita is a really good host. We had great challenges with the elevator not working that weekend and my father has difficulty walking, and Anita responded very quickly to inquiries and was incredibly sweet and helpful!! We'll be back!

We had two days at Anne's place and it was a lovely, quiet and beautiful place. Easy to communicate with Anne and she was very helpful. Recommended

It is a nice area with everything you need around you, so that both big and small are entertained. Cozy accommodation, with everything you need. The most beautiful and beautiful view over the water, from the home. Beautiful nature just outside the house. Very easy and good communication with the host, and quick to respond. Welcoming communication. All in all, a really good experience and a place you want to return to again

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Can clearly recommend Birgit, as a host and her beautiful apartment in Viborg. Located in the most beautiful location right by the lakes. Apartment contains everything in equipment and more and so everything is so nice/neat and clean. Will definitely return again another time. Thank you for your stay, Birgit 🙏

We spent wonderfully relaxed days in the summer house! You are really in nature, with a great view of the sea and the green surroundings. Ebeltoft is easy to reach by car and has a few nice and pretty cafes and shops to offer. We particularly liked the harbor. The surroundings of the summer house are so quiet and idyllic and thanks to the great amenities of the house you can also spend a cozy and beautiful time in changeable weather. Thank you, we liked it very much. ☀️

Great house and a lovely little garden. The location is absolutely perfect in quiet surroundings. 10 minutes from the center of Aarhus by car. A whole through beautiful little garden. It had not been stated that another part of the property was rented out, but with a separate entrance. In addition, there was a cat who couldn't use the cat's body, and insisted on being let into a private room so it could get food, but it wasn't a big problem. The photo that we fell for of the "garden" is not of the garden but the view from the first floor. The main problem was that there was NO closet space, so we had to live out of our suitcases, so we were just about to give 4 stars. But it's a great house with lots of space and 3 lovely living rooms, will definitely consider this home again. We had an amazing week of half rain and half sunshine.

We‘ve been at Mathias house for the second time and our memories didn’t lie to us. The house was very clean, well equipped and inside and outside very comfortable.

We enjoyed a weekend in Ebeltoft - 10 adults and 4 children. Good layout and nice rooms. The living room was super cozy and the view lovely. Lars was hugely welcoming and quick to respond, so it was easy to plan. We'd love to come again ☺️

We stayed in Odder during New Year's Eve and had a really wonderful time! Marie was a very kind and welcoming host and gave us lots of helpful hints. The garden, house and being this close to the sea are definitely worth a visit.

We had a great stay at Sofie's house. It's well decorated and really nice to be in. Cozy colors. Sofie has been an exemplary host. Everything was in order and the communication was right in the closet. Huge recommendation from here - I definitely hope that the house is available the next time we are going to Aarhus!

Can't beat the location if you are looking for a beautiful environment near the sea. Lovely home to relax and enjoy the scenery. Ingrid and her husband were responsive to our needs.

Beautiful and light summerhouse with a view of the sea. Very comfortable place and communicative host.

I did not meet Hélène but she responded very quickly to all my requests and questions. Her instructions were very clear. The neighborhood is a bit far from the historic center, about 20min walk. However, I consider this new neighborhood to be: proximity to the sea, chic, full of activities. If I went back to Aarhus, without hesitation, I would go back to Hélène's place.

Super apartment at the harbor, nice reception with wine in the fridge, very good communication, very well equipped and especially pleasant is the possibility to enjoy water and Merr on the balcony

Fantastic nice apartment. Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful location with ocean views on pretty much all sides. We saw both sunrise and descent over Aarhus Island. Great apartment for a family of 4 like us. Shopping, restaurants, and cool vibes at Bassin 7 just below the front door. If you are not by car, bus 3a runs every 10 minutes to the city center. What's not to like?

We stayed at Charlotte's for the second time within a year. It's the first time that we've stayed at an airbnb twice - that says something in itself - considering how long we've been using airbnb and how often we've visited different locations more than once. In Charlotte's appartment everything feels right. the furnishings, the art, the view (that you never get tired of), the possibility of parking under the building..... The city of Aarhus offers all sorts of amusement and the surrounding area (we were there with our bikes) is amazing! Charlotte is a very involved host. Her reaction to any mail is quick and helpful. We would recommend Charlotte's appartment to anyone who wants to visit Aarhus or the surrounding area. Treat yourself! Book this appartment!

Was totally happy with the place!! Clean, quiet and very sunny. The weather has been at it's best. This allowed me to explore great Aarhus.
