Bright and spacious living room with plenty of space for both dining area and cozy nook and also exit to the terrace. A well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and table space and access to the terrace. Large spa bathroom with shower and access to sauna. Small guest toilet with both washer and dryer. Fantastic south-facing and undisturbed wooden terrace.

There are two bedrooms (double beds) and three sofas in the living room. The house has a heat pump and wood-burning stove.

The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

Free access to all Landal facilities like water park, playgrounds (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts, sports hall for badminton, squash, ball court and more. Find outdoor activities like hiking and MTB routes just 100 meter from the house. If you enjoy golf you can try out the 18-hole golf course (paid)
