The house is close to nature and forest and only about 300 meters from the Gudenåen. The house consists of a kitchen/living room with a wood stove, 2 bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom from 2023 with a sauna. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two bunk beds with 4 beds. Outside, there is a large sunny terrace and a large lawn with 2 football goals.

You have 15 minutes by car to Silkeborg and the swimming lakes -Fx. Almindsø. 30 minutes to Himmelbjerget, where you can also sail with the hjejlen. 35 minutes to Aarhus. There is ample opportunity for hiking, terrace fun, activities, play and fun for all ages. TV channels and free wifi.

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which are also connected to Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

You can rent this small cozy cottage for your and your family's vacation. The house is 48 m2, it was built in 2018, contains a living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washer and dryer. In connection with the large terrace, there is a nice annex with 3/4 beds. You must bring your own linens, towels, etc.
